Very difficult to fit
I needed the fleur-de-Lys letter plate to match a previous version. But, fitting it is far from easy. Absolutely no thought has been given in the design to ease of fitting. Certainly there are no obvious instructions to help with fitting and there is only a leeway of 5mm, at most 6mm. ‘Style’ it might have, but practicality zero.

Great aftercare
Hanging clothes airer was super-sturdy and there's something extremely satisfying about buying things you know are going to last forever. We recently lost some parts in a move and were delighted to discover that replacements were still available years and years after original purchase and even after our particular model was no longer stocked. Customer support were friendly, responsive and helpful.

Great product and quality. Exactly what we wanted!
Changing our utility room completely and we wanted to get an old fashioned clothes airer. We received our 2.4m Victorian style cast iron clothes airer after a slight delay - this was due only to Parcelforce routing to the wrong depot. In terms of product we are completely satisfied. Good quality, well made and the fitting instructions were clear and easy to follow. Love it, and it just completes our new utility room!

Easy to order, great product.
Easy to use website, really useful videos to view pre-purchase, easy to order and also called to add on the grill tongs after the order, which was easy to do and spoke to friendlyand helpful staff. Great product, only used once so far but easy to use and looks fabulous on our new patio.

Iron blot slider
Bought this a while ago and only got around to fitting it yesterday. It’s a solid iron blot slider, easy to fit and looks very stylish on old fashioned doors. Well made and definitely worth the money.
