Order not delivered. No tracking information available. When I sent an email to inquire, it bounced back. Not a reliable company to do business with. I will be informing my credit card company.

Very disappointed to find out this product is produced and shipped from China. Still waiting for my delivery in Canada 3 weeks after purchase. Concerned this may be a scam - and way too much after sales emails asking you to buy more.

Can’t say much. Haven’t received my delivery yet. Seems to be taking longer than I had expected.

I am very disappointed that my order is taking so long to be delivered, and, after reading all the reviews, am concerned that the product will not live up to the ads that roped me in.

Without a stateside warehouse and shipping point, this company will not be anything more than a scam.

I haven't received my order yet. I can't provide a review regarding the product which probably means I will not be entered into the contest.

We have no idea because the company stated ON MY ORDER "shipping in 3-5 days", however its been over 2 weeks and STILL NO DELIVERY! Also not honest that it is coming from China. Ignoring requests to cancel and refund.

Clearly I should have done more research before purchasing. I tried to cancel my order within 15 minutes of placing the order and they are ignoring me. You cannot call you have to email. They are continuously sending ads but will not respond to my request to cancel. I will be taking this up with my credit card, but warning to others DO NOT BUY from this company. They even lie about the true pilot reviews

Honestly didn’t expect to end up ordering four times in three months, but here we are. I bought my first OverPackBag for a trip and was genuinely surprised by how much easier it made packing, especially for longer trips where I usually end up fighting with my suitcase. Since then I’ve bought more for my partner, my sister and one of my friends because they kept asking about mine after seeing it in use. The pump makes a huge difference and it’s been really useful being able to recompress everything again before flying home. Delivery has been quick every time too. Definitely one of those travel products I now recommend to people without even thinking about it

Their marketing is really misleading and the bags are overpriced and not nearly as compressible as they look in the ads.
I'm really disappointed.

The bags are so small. Unless I am packing just summer stuff. There is no way to get 2 weeks of stuff packed.

The air pump is so loud and barely sucks. I am so disappointed. I will never order from them again.

Purchased the bags on June 21, received on July 7. During the waiting period, I tried to cancel the order because it took too long to get it. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel. Tried to use the pump to deflate the bags, the pump doesn’t work. Contacted them right away, even sent a video, only to be told to be patient to get a solution from their warehouse. Keep asking for a refund or send me a new pump, still waiting for an answer today which is 8 days after I contacted them. Don’t buy from them. Very bad customer service.

Was skeptical but it was delivered in few days. Suction is strong and does compact the contents well. Pleased with the bag and plan to order a few more for our future travels.

I purchased one of these bags for going on holiday. However it wasn't working so I got in touch with the company to find out how I returned it and to get a refund. On the site its states return with 100days and get 100% refund. What it doesn't say is that to return the bag it has to be in the original packing which I think is false advertising and misleading. Originally they offered me a 15% discount and after much correspondence this went up to 50%. Just be aware of this if you order from this company however I have a feeling that they will be rewording their advertising. I would not recommend them at all.

I couldn't get my bag to open and they insisted on me paying return shipping to China for a broken product. Sent the videos & pictures they asked for. Gave me a 25% refund on a broken product. Total scam. Avoid!

Website is deceptive. It states that product ships from warehouse in the United States and that returns are ‘easy’. Product actually shipped from China and for an ‘easy return’, I needed to ship my order back to China at my expense (not cheap at all!!) I didn’t feel at all confident that it would arrive in China and that I would be credited my purchase price. The ‘one star’ is for responsive customer service. They always replied quickly to my emails and ended up refunding my a portion of my purchase price and I kept the product (that I really didn’t want anyway). Lesson learned - I should have more close checked reviews here and other sites before ordering. Would NOT recommend ordering from this company.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 bags & 3 pumps. Only the bags arrived. They refuse to send the pumps. Any return must be mailed to China, which would cost $$$. I don't even know if the bags work because I don't have a pump. Avoid this scam business!!!
