Paid for express delivery and still not received goods 10 days later!! A gift for my son that wasn't sent for 4 days then been stuck with the delivery company and delayed. I'll be returning this straight away out of principle. Contacted them and they simply don't care. Despicable service I'll never order from here again. Unless you buy in store online ordering is useless.

Worst possible service from cash converters Camden. selling stuff that hasn't been checked before dispatch absolutely terrible and late ordered on 3/4 26 didn't get here until the 9/4/26 and that was express. Item was broken and unchecked before they dispatched. Emailed and got a quick reply and said sorry but had booked a collection, never turned up, never replied to any enquire emails about the collection. 3 days before next collection, if it ever happens and they still have my money. Reported to paypal. Have had good service from various cash converter branches but DO NOT USE Camden cash converters they are terrible.

Update. Customer Service replied and are so sorry about this, that and the other but basically did nothing, all meaningless words. Item collected, so now no Item, no tracking on the item and no refund. BUNCH OF COWBOYS!! DO NOT USE!!

I ordered a pair of Bluetooth bookshelf speakers on the Tuesday 31.03.26 , paid extra for the express delivery
Item still didn't come until a week later on 07.04.26 and the best part is the speakers arent even Bluetooth! I am now stuck with a pair of speakers that are useless to me.

I was served by Diana in hounslow, first of all she spotted something very helpful and then she was polite and really helpful and kind. Great customer service. Very 😊 happy

I'm a bass guitar collector and player. I've only bought on-line from Cash Converters (CC), I have never shopped at a store in person. My experience has been limited to buying bass guitars and accessories, all of which have been purchased from various CC stores throughout the UK. My experience overall has been good - made good, or not, based on the staff I've dealt with. Communication has often been poor, though occasionally exceptional. Packaging has been varied.
Sometimes poor but usually acceptable given the fragility of the electrical items being sent through the post to me. Accurate pricing is erratic. I would say that when I first started buying gear from CC in 2023 what I was looking for seemed better quality and better described with more attention to detail. Consequently I made regular on line purchases. Now I find the bass guitars in particular being advertised are just a plethora of low budget, mass produced junk. Only occasionally do I find something worth considering so I've been buying less and less. My golden tip would be do your research, know what you're buying. Much of the stuff on CC is overpriced and in some instances ridiculously so.

1. I bought a Sigma laptop speaker just before Christmas 2025.
2. It had stopped charging by mid February 2026. I took it back in to Cash Converters in Finchley with the receipt undamaged but not charging and was told by two members of staff to leave it there for at least 24 hours so that they could test the charging situation.
3. When I phoned a few days later to arrange to go back in I was told that it was definitely faulty, was not charging and that I would be given a full refund. 4. I went back in and was confronted by the manager would not look me in the eyes and insisted that I had forced and bent the connector which was a complete shock to me and that he would not be refunding me.
5. He proceeded to show me a bent usb and a damaged port on the speaker.
6. The manager did not give me back the speaker and attachments or the receipt.
7. I went back a week later and told him that it had a 12 month warranty, he said yes and refused to give it back to me or do anything so I left.
8. Why would I purposefully break the port and lead when it would not charge in the first place?.
9.The charging port and connector was fully visible when I took it back with charging issues and two members of staff inspected the speaker and lead and neither of them told me that I had forced or broken anything because I had not!.
10. When I called to find out the outcome of the test charging of the speaker I was told by a member of staff that the item was faulty and did not charge when they left it to charge for over 24 hours as agreed and told me to come in for a refund so I did.
11. After I left a review on here I contacted customer support as requested by Cashconverters.
12. They left it a while then the area manager woman emailed me to say that I had broken the port and lead so no refund. She said that she viewed cctv when I bought the speaker but omitted to mention any cctv footage of me returning the speaker and the two members of staff accepting the speaker, attachments, box and receipt fully accepting that apart from not charging it was in perfect condition.
13. It is clear that if I had broken the lead and speaker port I would not have taken it back in the first place as I would have been told that I had damaged it then and there by the two members of staff who accepted the speaker and attachments this is proof that this was not the case.
15. Also the staff would not have kept the speaker and lead for 24 hours to check the charging issue would they?!
16. There are two members of staff who witnessed the perfect condition of the speaker and lead when I returned it.
17. The dispute continues.

First time going into the Hounslow Cash Converters and honestly, really good experience. Iwona served me and she was brilliant. Proper friendly, easy to talk to, and just made everything simple.

She explained things clearly, didn’t rush me, and just had a nice way about her that made the whole thing feel comfortable. You don’t always get that kind of service, so it stood out.

I’ve been customer of Cash Converters in Walthamstow for many years. I am always happy with the service and prices they offer. I always come back to this shop. Lovely lady working there always makes me smile. ✌🏽

My brother needed to update his mobile phone. We visited George Street branch and found a very helpful member of staff Jo . She kindly transferred all data from old phone to new. Very friendly and nice to deal with. Akesh also was very helpful and informative . 10/10

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a steam deck and it said it was working. Since it was delivered it won't charge. The charging port was wobbly. I won't be using cash converters again and would advise friends and family not to use them either.

Dealt with Baz down in the bedminster branch Bristol and absolute man of the people. I traded in a Samsung s21 and while there were issues with it Baz explained fully and what that meant to the price, which I was more than happy with!

Baz is great at explaining the situation and what cash converters can do for you in the best way possible. I will definitely be trading in some more things when the time arises.

Get big Baz a massive pay rise, not only for his communication, his great knowledge of tons of product but how at ease he made me feel with the whole process. No judgment only help.

Great bargain from Cash Converters London Road branch online services. Swatch X Omega MoonWatch listed at just £49.99 didn't even query condition at that price as just to be used as a daily wearer for work. Received with just a small amount of marks on the glass (easily polished out) additionally the newer model arrived the "Snoopy edition moonphase" so very happy.

I had emailed last week regards an issue im facing but no response, as a big customer of cash converters its a shame that its so hard to speak to someone regards this. Can someone contact me as soon as possible please

Bought a soundbar and the last thing the salesmen said was 'any problems and we'll give you a refund" . Within 5 minutes I bought it back as it was missing the subwoofer ( that they didn't even mention) , and they refused . I spent half an hour in the shop telling everyone that came in what lieing conmen they were. Then they gave me a refund , rather proving the point. This was the Shepherds Bush store where the manager was very aggressive and started mocking my age to the other customers.

Joy is absolutely amazing and has been for years! The only cash converters that treats you like a human being! Edit: Reading Store is the best!
