I brought a ps5 slim digital edition on express delivery and when it arrived the hdmi port didn’t work I’m going to attempt to get my money back but I doubt that’ll happen.

Cash Converters in Perth gave me a great experience from start to finish.

I had been browsing the online site for a while and had my eye on an item. Late Tuesday evening I sent an inquiry as I am unfortunately quite far from Perth and unable to visit in store. First thing on Wednesday morning I received a really helpful response from the store manager, Conner. Following this response, I purchased the item and was delighted to see that it was dispatched the same day with fully insured, tracked, next day delivery. Cut to today, I have the item with me less than 48 hours after my initial online inquiry.

To top this all off, the item was in even better condition than it looked online, and I couldn't be happier. In a world of businesses seemingly taking customers more and more for granted, I really felt compelled to highlight the amazing customer service from Conner and his team at Cash Converters Perth. Thank you!

I’ve always trusted cash converters because I order like 3/4 things a month off them from different stores, I bought a blender it showed it in very good condition excellent even when asked about it & it turned up full of MOULD and I mean full thick MOULD and I have pictures to prove it on top of that the jug is cracked, the blender smokes when you switch it on = dangerous I’ve reported to environmental health tonight with the videos and pictures to them as I can’t comprehend how this was packed up and sent in the condition it’s in and the store want me to PAY to return it .. I think NOT they can provide everything themselves and send it to me pack and send as why should I foot a bill for something they did? Who packed this? Why did they pack it? Surely you see that in that kind of condition you bin it!!! I wish I could upload a picture here to show it ☹️☹️☹️ and bad enough I bought this for my dad to blend his drinks because he’s had a liver transplant I be worried this would send him for another liver replacement!!!!! Horrible experience. Received a parcel with the wrong item inside and a dispatch sheet belonging to another customer with their name, address, email and mobile number which is a breach of GDPR. I fear my details might be with another customer. Things like this shouldn't be happening. Company offered to issue a full refund once I return this. They organised a collection the next day without asking me when it would suit me which was fine as I was off work the next day but they forgot to issue me a barcode to be scanned by DHL so that's delaying the refund process now and day wasted waiting in the house.

Also zero compensation for all the hassle caused.

I bought a 20 year old Seiko watch from the Dundee Scotland branch. The website was easy to use. A staff member answered my question promptly although in very few words. I ordered it yesterday afternoon and received it this morning! That's a slick service. The watch was well packaged with an inner and outer box and pillow. The condition is better than I expected. So far its working well. All in all I couldn't have wished for a better experience using cash converters for the very first time.

I am a repeat customer of Cash Converters, but my recent experience at the Crawley branch (14-16 The Boardwalk) ensures I will never step foot in their stores again unless corporate head office intervenes. I brought in a mint, "Opened Never Used" pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 wireless earphones. A staff member (a short Caucasian girl with dark hair, seemingly a new starter) offered me an insulting trade-in value of £10 to £15. To justify this ridiculous figure, she explicitly claimed Cash Converters only resells them for £30 and fabricated a story that they "had sold a pair for £30 recently. "When she found out the earbuds were a promotional gift bundled with a phone purchase, she tried to claim that made them "worth less." This is an entirely manipulative tactic designed to exploit customers on factory-fresh items. Upon checking the official Cash Converters website, this exact model and condition retails across their network for £90.00 (Item: 033400132010). Lying to customers about your own company’s retail values to secure an 88% profit margin is a disgraceful business practice. Fortunately, I walked away, went straight to a competitor (CeX), and was immediately handed £55.00 cash on the spot without any receipt interrogation. This follows a separate visit to the Crawley branch where I was offered a laughable £80.00 for a premium Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra. This branch relies heavily on predatory pricing and deceptive staff statements. A formal complaint has been logged with Head Office, and I urge anyone looking to sell premium tech to avoid this branch entirely. Date of experience: 24/06/2026

I order a lovely martin smith acoustic guitar from them, I can say it was worth the money. They packed it very well and made sure the guitar was safe, but the guitar itself was in ok condition and has a few scuffs but over all I had a great experience :)

Recently I had a Garmin GPS Smart watch to sell and contacted Cash Converters directly as I would have a fair travel to reach the Eastleigh Cash Converters.
Nikki in store was able to answer all my questions very well, explained how Cash Converters works, what i require to bring with me in addition to the watch and even an initial quote.
2 days later, as scheduled i visited the Eastleigh store, Nikki and her colleagues were all there, very polite, helpful and answered all my questions. I will be using again.

I was told that I would not receive the gold price on the screen which was showed to me as you always offer less. Absolutely appalling service. You have only 1 person authorised to do jewellery and their service and competency was non existent. CASH XCHANGE next door to you bought all my jewellery off me for 1.4k. Will not be returning. Also, your store team think when they say nasty slang words that people dont understand but we do. Terrible service juba, you need to be retrained in customer service. Turning away customers who come to sell their jewellery is not good business. 0 stars.

This m12 HV was advertised in great condition. When I received it, it was filthy and the entire filter housing was clogged with dust. It was advertised as good working condition, zero suction this item was an absolute waste of my money
