Case arrived on time but that was the only positive thing. Very flimsy and cheaply made, not the glossy case showed in the pictures. I have a case that cost £3 on amazon which is much, much better quality. I have sent the case back for a refund. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

This is totally 0 review.. i order a leather case for my samsung galaxy a30 last july 18, 2020... but until july 27 i never received my order mobile casing worth 9.95 pounds and they said to me they refund back into my account until now it never be refunded.. i have my bank statement of my account their promise refund never been happen... its a small amount but now i truly believe the Case Hut online shopping Scamming me....BEWARE GUYS I AM A LEGIT TOURIST HERE IN UK I BUY SHOPPING ONLINE MOSTLY BECAUSE OF THIS LOCKDOWN BUT SO ANNOYING.. I AM BECOME THEIR VICTIM....🤬🤬🤬🤬

Item didn't arrive. Company refused to refund. Ignored my first emails and when they did respond were dismissive. Last time I'll order from this website.

Yeah I dont know where the hut is. I can't find it and I'm lost now. Is it just a metaphorical hut because this is a common thing I'm seeing.

Rubbish. The plastic patterned coating of my phone case peeled off after two days.
Very expensive.
Absolute crap.

SUCH slow delivery. Ordered a week before my new phone arrived and still don't have it 2 weeks later.

Delivery fast. Galaxy S10 Lite screen protector did not fit with my case and in-screen fingerprint sensor did not work with screen protector applied. Protector also did not stick at the edges properly. Refunded me quickly and without having to return item. Overall good service but product was not fit for purpose.

Disappointed. Lovely leather case. High quality. Unfortunately the inner case which holds the phone interfered with the camera on the Samsung A80 . The front rubber band at the top got in the way of the camera swirling completely. Also the back of the rubber case which hold the phone kept getting caught when the camera went back down. I had to cut a little part of it away so it would not get caught. Have to leave the rubber band at the top slightly loose for the camera to finish its action.

I purchased a Terrapin Genuine Leather Wallet Case for Samsung Galaxy S10 - Black for £19.95. After searching online for this well know brand I found this one for a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the quality and the service. Good communication and very quick delivery. Thank you will highly recommend Case hut and use again.

Poor quality cases very flimsy avoid at all costs quite stand offish customer service would not recommend

A great company. The case that I ordered was exactly what I wanted. Fits the phone perfectly. Customer service has been great. The delivery emails let you know exactly when your product has been shipped. I even received the product sooner than I thought. All in all, a fantastic business.

Terrible product. Emailed customer service, they sent a very poor reply and then never got back to me in the end. Waste of money!

Very pleased with the Aquapac for my phone. Prompt delivery considering the crisis. It is a tad pricey for what it is but it is fairly robust and should protect.
