Ordered 6 koi That arrived 23rd March. Fist one died for no apparent reason on 4th May. When I sent pics of fish and water parameters was told it probably died of stress!! What nearly a month later ok I can handle that. I’m now down to 2 of the 6 the other 3 have all died within days of each other which I can only describe of rotting. Now I have another 5 koi in my pond and other fish and no other fish are showing any symptoms that there fish showed. When I contacted them about the other fish it was like banging my head off a brick wall. However if I made another order that would replace them. Thanks but no thanks. Would never buy anything from this company again

We ordered 10 small koi, which arrived in really good condition and are happily swimming around our pond. Just awaiting the plants arriving so I can put a container garden together.

Bought 10 koi all looked OK when turned up until I noticed one koi had a hole in its side the size of a 10 pence piece could see the kois insides. So contacted them expecting a refund or a replacement they asked me to send photo which I did and all I got was sorry to hear about ure poorly fish and to let them know how it gets on as they are guaranteed.

Absolutely terrible, bought 11 pond goldfish they came with fin rot and despite treatment thr fish were infested with internal parasites and all died within the first month. Water was perfect 0, 0 and PH stable at 7.8. They sent me medicated food which also didn't help. I got refunded for the 11 dead fish but still had to pay for the food..... thanks because that will come in handy to feed the dead fish.

I have all the photos from day 1 and all the water tests.....

Got mixed bag fish had 2 lots before but had heron problems lost 40+ fish before sorted problem but the fish were great🤗 but son got another lot he took 4 but 1 died but mine only one survived trouble is I have large pond and the big carp is happy healthy. It may be my pond or just an unusual batch. But will order from them again just blame covid19😂😂

Despite problems with the couriers, The Carpco went above & beyond to sort out our order and keep us up to date with progress. Excellent service despite problems beyond their control.
The order was well packed and the fish were healthy and exactly as described on the website. The plant and fish food were also of excellent quality.
Will be happy to recommend to all our friends, and will certainly use them again.

Ordered fish to restock our garden pond. Absolutely beautiful fish, in great health and wonderful vibrant colours. They're settling in well. The food I ordered at the same time is great quality too.
Due to the current situation with covid19 the delivery was a week later than planned, however carpco were professional and kept me up to date with my order. They were fantastic and worked incredibly hard to rearrange the delivery which is greatly appreciated.
Will definitely buy from them again and recommend to others.

First time buyer.wasnt sure at first so I bought 2#8-10 inch koi pond fillers.ordered Monday 16-3 delivered 18-3.lovely fish.have settled in well with my others.picking more fish now.wont be going anywhere else.well done carp co.

I ordered 2 different sturgeon from here and they arrived the next morning both very healthy and great looking fish.

My husband ordered 20, 3" to 4" Koi. At no time did he ask for ' butterfly' Koi.
When they arrived they were all butterfly Koi and no bigger than 2" to 3"
Very disappointing. Would not buy from these again
