The fish arrived quickly and I was impressed with the packing the fish are really healthy and beautiful I would recommend this firm to anyone

Just received my order from the Carpco, I must say I am very pleased with the selection.
I was a little concerned about them being sent via DX but they turned up first thing and seem very happy in their new home.
5 Stars, would definitely recommend. 😊

Normally like to buy my fish in person but the nearest aquatic centre is now 60miles away :(

HATE TO DO THIS BUT
Ordered bright koi - all black or very dark orange. All make mistakes so spent another £270 on 10 x 6-7" Koi. and some Orff. Orf very good and reasonable size. BUT
Biggest KOI was a Ghost koi at 6" Rest were bright as asked BUT none were even 5". Not what I paid for. Never again

AVOID , brought 3 ghost koi one isn't a ghosty , 13 fish brought in total and not one matched the size I ordered , emailed them and was basically told I was wrong

Put an order in on 10th July and picked wed 14th for delivery. Employers needed me in on the Wed morning. Contacted Carpco to ask for a delivery after 8.30am as I would be home then or anytime Thursday, refused point blank. Contacted DX delivery, no help there neither. Wed morning get a DX text Anthony will be delivering. Anthony turns up but no fish, only on another van. Eventually Anthony turns up, gets the LIVE FISH package and only throws it up on to his shoulder, then back down as it must have been uncomfortable. Opened the box to find my 20 4-5 inch Sarrasa Comets in dirty water. 3 or 4 must have been bothered at what went on because they had shrunk under 4 inch. Cost me over £150 but would never use or recommend them. They replied 10 months later.

Easy ordering, very quick delivery and the fish arrived in lots of water only two to a box so not overcrowded. Good size healthy beautiful sturgeon. Highly recommended.

I ordered five standard Koi at 4-5". The fish are well-sized, appear healthy, and came in an excellent colour selection. The fish were safely packaged in double-skin plastic within a strong box. The delivery driver from DX Express treated the fish with care.

I ordered 3 Koi Carp which were supposed to be 5" to 6" no thy were only just over 4" The 10 Sarasa Comets were under sized as well all under 3" when they were meant to be 3" to 4" disappointed

Ordered 5 koi, 5 butterfly koi, 2 mirror carp and 2 albino dwarf sturgeon. Fish arrived well packaged and very healthy. Still going strong in the pond. Very active and sociable. Wonderful experience. Definitely order from here again 😊

Ordered sturgeon, sterlets & select Koi from Carp co. The quality of the fish is outstanding they were very healthy & looked stunning Koi were so vibrant in colour, I will 100% buy from this company again. Delivery was spot on & the fish didn't appear distressed & are doing just fine in their new home.

Ordered 8 of the selected smaller koi to restock my pond. I was a little apprehensive about ordering them online from photos rather seeing them first hand but I shouldn’t have worried.
The fish arrived as promised and they looked exactly as I wanted. Beautiful colours and very lively. They quickly settled in to their new environment and have started taking food already.
The pond water is in ideal condition so I don’t expect any problems but we shall see.

I recieved a call to arrange for delivery day for the 8 koy that i have ordered, but could not find any emails even when i checked my junk mail
However i got my delivery by 2 pm and all but one of the fish arrived well and healthy

Was a little apprehensive about buying fish unseen, I shouldn't have worried. The multi pack of 10 small koi that arrived were excellent. They were all very healthy and lively and there was a great selection of colours. The company phoned to ask what date I'd like delivery and the whole experience was easy.
Brilliant and will definitely recommend and use again.

Ordered a female koi carp. Had a change of heart and opted for another fish. The staff bent backwards to help me and l cant thank them enough for their speedy , freindly and helpful assistance.the fish arrived as arranged in good health and looking great.
