Excellent product (bumper protector), perfect fit for Skoda Kodiaq and good value. Easy to fit and looks fantastic on the car. True measure of the firm is the excellent customer service in replacing the item damaged by the courier. Quick, efficient and always aiming to seek a good result. Thank you and would absolutely use again and recommend.

The package was left propped u against the front door so I couldn’t open not open the door. The person delivering never knocked the door when I was waiting for them to deliver the package. The other thing they were ment to be collecting a package to go back which is still here . I cannot be in tomorrow for that to be picked up because I am sorting out my mother’s funeral in the next few days . I feel really let down by and disappointed by the delivery people.

Hi Alison, thanks for contacting us. Sorry to hear about the issue with your delivery/collection. I appreciate this must be very frustrating. Glad to hear that at least you now have the correct wheel and tyre. As discussed, we will rearrange collection of the incorrect wheel and tyre on a day that suits you - there is no rush to do this. Hopefully you have been pleased with our service and the way in which we have handled the issue with your order. We use DHL for these deliveries as they are generally reliable, but unfortunately the actions of individual drivers can sometimes be disappointing. Sharon will contact you again in the coming days to confirm the new collection date. Thanks, Patrick
Easy to order and top quality…
Easy to order and top quality equipment. Only negative, not Road Hero problem is the space where a spacesaver wheel used to go is no longer accessible on my Honda Civic Sport

Hi Stephen, thanks for the review, and thanks again for your order!
I bought a Road Hero spare wheel kit…
I bought a Road Hero spare wheel kit due to the fact my car only had the tyre sealant and pump, which in my opinion has limitations that could leave you stuck at the side of road. The Road Hero kit has all you need to get you back on your way in the event of a puncture and looks good quality.
The price was good and delivery was quick.

It was perfect EXCEPT
It was perfect except that the delivery was in two parts on different days without any notification. Having received the tools and accessories on one day I called the company to request the actual tyre and wheel only to be told that split deliveries were quite normal. WHY DON’T YOU SAY SO UP FRONT?

Hi Tony, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. The spare wheel kits are sent out on a next day service on one consignment, but they are made up of two parcels. We send through tracking information and if the parcels do ever get split, as they occassionally do by DHL, this is shown in the tracking information. Thanks for the feedback - we will look to add a note stating that the order is made up of 2 parcels to help make it clearer in future.

Classic Volvo Amazon 122s exhaust
I ordered a replacement sports exhaust for my classic 1968 Volvo Amazon 122s. The quality of the product, fit and fitting kit were all just great. I’d recommend this product to other classic car enthusiasts.
