Not serious business
Not serious business, avoid! Made an order online, the shipping cost was calculated manually after. Meanwhile the prices of the order were updated higher, which they said its normal... After 2 weeks waiting I was told the shipping cost was 120 dollars higher! Since I needed the parts I proceed with the order and once more a price increase. To finish the business in a even worse manner, not all the items ordered arrived. They only assumed part of the items not delivered, the ones not present in the shipping invoice. Even though, a month has passed and the refund of the non delivered items is still not processed and they stopped answering. Stay away from Carmarka, its not a serious business.

it's been a year after your comment. Can you tell us if your question was settled, and refund was made? If you give us your order number we can check the full info.
By your comment we see that it was a Covid time, and many freight forwarders wasn't excepting cargoes, the factories was also closed. It was a tough time for all. We are giving availability based on replies from Japan factories. Due to Covid situation the delivey time was longer than usual.
We are always choosing the best and convenient way of shipping.

Good for parts that are hard to find
I had a good experience with this company. They had some original Toyota parts that were not available in Europe, their prices were low and they arrived from Dubai to the UK in one week.
They only work on part numbers and there were no pictures on their website, but if you know exactly what you need to order then the process works.

it's been a long time since you placed your review.
Did all the metters were sorted?
If you give us your order number we can check what was the issue and will double check if refund was made.
We never keep customers money, if by any chance we can't supply customr's order, we are making refunds straight away, and yes it takes time to get info from the bank if refund was made successfully. Only after getting info from the bank we are informing our customers.
