Company used ups to deliver cost me again at the door refused to hand over parts

Had to pay another handling charge refused to supply invoice

Purchased item online and was then told that they required to check availability. Requested refund and it has been over a month now and I have not received my refund.

Seller that you can trusted. Good communication. Fast delivery with good and secure packaging.

I ordered a mistubishi part, I was informed later that the delivery would be 70 days or more.
I cancelled and I was refund one week later.

Only gave one star as had to give them something. This company is a scam, don’t order through them, they list parts as in stock which they arn’t, they take your money and then don’t pay it back nor respond to emails. Be careful and don’t use them.

Time and again, they list Mazda parts as "available" on their website, you place an order and they say an email will come in to pay for the parts......and then they say "no supply"....OVER AND OVER AGAIN...apparently they need to rebrand as TOYOTAMarka...stay away from these dubious Dubai slackers.

Achtung Betrug. Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt und bezahlt. Danach sollte ich nochmal etwas bezahlen und die Lieferzeit hat sich um 4 Wochen verlängert. Ich wollte mein Geld zurück haben was mir auch versprochen wurde. Leider wurde nichts zurück bezahlt oder geliefert.

Ho acquistato un prodotto che risultava disponibile e poi hai fatti non lo era, ho rifiutato di attendere i 90 giorni richiesti e ho richiesto il rimborso che a distanza di qualche giorno è arrivato.
Anche se non ho pagato con PayPal non sono rimasto scottato.
Molto gentili anche nella corrispondenza delle mail

I follow fatkat on I.G. he suggested these people and I got a discount for using his name, but after 3 months of waiting all items were delivered and appeared to be in good shape, i dropped the carbon parts off to my installer and the fitment was off for the rear diffuser, front lip spoiler, side skirts and rear slats. Nothing fit properly. I called and they gave me a story about having to work the parts into place. I took them to a second installer and he told me the exact same thing. They parts dont properly line up. I had to pay someone to bend and modify my carbon for fitment. They did answer my calls and made promises to throw in some new parts for my troubles but it never happened. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE CARMARKA....

As Upset as I could have been for the situation, after discussion on the matter with CarMarka, they have professionally look into the matter and concluded to reimburse the funds back as they could not ship due to size of the package. We appreciate their effort in doing this.

Ordered some parts, they said it will take 60-90 days, now 5 months later they have received the parts, and picture send does not resemble the parts ordered by box size. They charged me freight already of 208.00 US$, and claim now that they need to charge extra 1011.00 US$.

I never agreed the parts to be on Back order much less pay extra. No extra charge policy is present in the shipping and order policy.
Now they refuse to refund.

I will await their respond and evaluate removing my comments

Scammers. They have a check out system that lets you pick your choice of shipping courier (different rates for each one). Then when they ship it out they ship it by a completely different unwanted company and don't really give a rats you know what about it. Do yourself a favor and avoid these bozos like they have the plague.

2 months after I placed my order I started asking for updates.

I tried contacting Carmarka 3 times, each time they eventually said "will update you tomorrow" and they never did.

After 3 months I asked for a refund, no reply. I had to file a charge back.

Update: after successfully charging back the transaction, Carmarka charged my credit card again without my authorization.

Avoid these frauds.

Excellent transaction, ordered a large toyota sump from them on 11/9/2020, was dispatched 14/9/2020, arrived in New Zealand 25/09/2020

I did email on the 20th as i had not heard from them but they instantly fwd'd me a tracking number. really good to deal with

Ordered and paid for 2 items, including shipping for 2 items. Was then told that one of the items was out of stock and that they couldnt refund any shipping, but they said they would refund my credit card for the out of stock part ($70). Its now over 6 weeks later and no refund and they have stopped answering my emails. Stay away from Carmarka!
