No problems with setting up but had to get my information off the internet, no paperwork sent.

Ordered on behalf of my Mum for my Dad, really easy to order, system arrived the next day, easily set up, all very efficient, and gives peace of mind.

Our monitor was not holding its charge so I phoned and they sent us another one the following day. I press the button to set it all up and it was so easy to do and the people that respond are always so lovely

We were impressed with how quick the alarm and key safe were delivered and how uncomplicated it was to set up. We feel more reassured now Mum is wearing a Carelink alarm.

Delivery was fast, (despite the strikes) setting up the machine to the internet and the phone was a doddle, filling in the information online was simple to understand and straight forward and then hearing the opperators voice say my Dads voice whilst testing was so reasuring, giving us peace of mind. Thank you so much.

Setting up the system was painless and easy and Carelink were very helpful. We had one emergency andthey were prompt and sorted things well. Very pleased with the system and feel more confident when home alone.

Thanks your kit arrived for my mother the next day, even with the pre Chruistmas rush on deliveries. Set up instructions were very easy to follow and the 5 test alarm calls were very throrough as we checked pendant/ writs pendant and ranges for both. The staff were all well versed and polite. My mother listened in and was reassured that the activation of the pendnats got a speedy response especially as they receptionsit was clearly not aware that they were test calls only.

Timely responses and excellent service to provide a new base unit and wrist monitor over the festive period. Well done to all involved.

A little expensive

I bought this for my elderly mother and it arrived really quickly, was easy to set up and the telephone team on the red button were caring and compassionate, and when it came to the time we no longer needed the machine they were really helpful and considerate in closing the account.

I've only used my Care Link.once which was accidental.and a very kind.lady answered me after .quite a quite a along time some time like 10-15;mins you just unable to..get through to me i.dunno why but there was a lotta background interference but scared me. It worried me as in case it was emergency and had to wait so long. Fortunately as I said it was myself ok and just by accident I pressed the a!arm. But a bad experience. Sorry about my complaint. I've no.idea about the date.
