Nothing positive to say
Website is clunky and makes booking a frustrating process. Booking conditions for individual sites need to be downloaded rather than opening via the website, pricing isn't immediately clear and minimum booking periods appear inflexible.
After wasting time trying to book online, I called direct to be told that there WAS availability after but that the cost of a 2-night stay in a small camper van would be £138 in mid-October! This is on a site with quite dated facilities too.
Absolutely baffled at the pricing and the confusing booking system. Ended up booking on a nearby National Trust site with modern, well-maintained facilities for just £78 instead.

This is a super friendly site
This is a super friendly site. The staff were very helpful and we received a warm welcome even though we arrived as the office was closing.
The location is quite special with beautiful views across the Dee Estuary towards Wales. We witnessed a wonderful sunset the first evening.
The facilities were up to the usual standard of the CAMC sites.
We’d definitely come again if we’re planning to visit the area.

Easy booking system via the app
Easy booking system via the app, and if you need to speak to an actual person, this is still possible and everyone I've spoken to has been most helpful and friendly. Customer relations is failing with most companies these days as they rely on computers too much, but not CAMC.
All the sites we've visited are clean, well laid out and the staff on site friendly and helpful.

We loved this site
We loved this site, large pitches well stocked shop with all the essentials, shower block very clean and only 15 mins walk into beautiful Broadway.
Nightly stay is on the pricy side though !

Failure to sort out digital issues with renewals
The club is apparently committed to reduce its environmental impact, by encouraging its members to access membership cards, car and/ or motorhome or caravan insurance, and breakdown cover, via their app, but it appears that they do not have the technical competence, to deliver this service.
I have, within the last couple of months, renewed my car insurance, and my breakdown cover, for both car and motorhome. On both occasions, when I tried to access your app, to download my documents, the system would not accept my sign in credentials. I telephoned your customer services to report this, and was informed that you were aware of technical difficulties with your system, and you arranged for hard copy documents to be posted to me.
I have just today received notification that my caravan and motorhome club membership has been automatically renewed, as per my instructions, but once again, when I tried to access my new membership card via their app app, I was faced with the same message, regarding my sign in credentials, and when I then entered your help portal, considering difficulty signing in, I was faced by the same message I received a couple of months ago, regarding your technical difficulties with the app. It’s about time this was sorted.

We don't like how they've removed bins around the site, a lot of visitors are slow getting around, and are keen to recycle but camc have made it difficult especially on a large site its a long way to get offsite to use a bin. BIG backward step

Where practical, we are introducing dedicated waste and recycling areas at our campsites to replace the smaller bins previously situated at individual service points. This initiative supports our commitment to operating with greater sustainability through the Green Tourism programme. Members and guests can drop off waste in passing near the facilities building or site entrance, with smaller bins also positioned alongside for ease of access. Although the club has great facilities…
Although the club has great facilities on their sites and a fantastic range of CLs the prices are not competitive. The website and app for booking are still very ‘clunky’. What really drives me mad is the fact that there is no information easily visible on how close the nearest bus route is and where it goes. As someone with limited mobility this is crucial for me in my decision making
