We have been on holiday with Canvas for the last couple of years. Going to book again for next year. Everything is as stated, the communication is brilliant. Well done I would highly recommend 👌

Website ok but lacking clarity and multi site booking function
Website ok but is a carbon copy of erluro camp and is the same company which is misleading. Paid deposit for holiday but today receive an email saying full payment due or deposit lost by end of tomorrow yet no clear balance payment date at checkout. Felt more like a ransom

Wouldn't book with anyone else
Wouldn't book with anyone else. Canvas really can't help you enough! Either booking or on holiday the reps are lovely and do everything to make your holiday stress free. One year I had to cancel as I had a family emergency. They where so helpful and offered to cancel or help move the date. Amazing customer service and prices are so reasonable for the level of service. Going to zaton in Croatia this July with canvas and we are so excited.

Contacted customer service after I had paid my holiday in full and when I had looked on website there had been a huge reduction in cost of my holiday after speaking to advisor and it was before 10 week of my holiday date I was able to upgrade caravan and get a significant refund
