Absolutely beautiful park everything great except the WiFi is terrible and long queues in the hot sun on arrival to checkin. Checkin is terrible after travelling a long journey to get there.But once checked in everything is great had a fantastic time would highly recommend all amenities available on site including a mini supermarket and nightly entertainment and a creche for kids loved the park definitely would come back and highly recommend

Booking is easy - clear instructions given and easy to follow. Follow up with necessary instructions came quickly and the prices are extremely reasonable and affordable. We have been on 6 holidays with Canvas over the last 10 years and all trips have met or exceeded our expectations. 10/10

The staff at Almafra, Michelle and Peter in particular are outstanding, friendly, informative and very approachable.
The Chalet was spotless and well equipped, Almafra has everything you need and is located perfectly.

We were trying to book online but the system cannot process bookings from customers who don't live in either UK or Ireland. However when I telephoned customer service they were able to process my booking very quickly.

Eurocamp/Canvas staff always first class at their admin. centres and on site. Used them over 35 years, firstly with our children, then on motoring holidays through Europe and now with our grandchildren. Never a problem.

The campsite was wonderful, clean and tidy, well maintained and lovely staff.
The pools were clean and lovely, there was plenty to do on site and evening family activities.
Only just over an hour to Disneyland.
The apartment was spacious but had a few maintenance issues ie curtains and blinds and the oven didn’t work, nothing major.
The drinks in the pool at are expensive, around €10 per drink.
All in all great holiday site.

I booked a very last minute holiday at Camping Le Helles, Combrit. Booking online was super easy just a couple of days before I travelled, and communication from Canvas Holidays was good and clear. Camping Le Helles is a really lovely site, small and very quiet (I went in early May), with private pitches divided by mature hedges and trees. There's direct access to a fantastic beach via a level footpath, just a 5 minute walk. The beach is everything you've imagined, with white sands, turquoise sea, and it's safe for swimming - it's really beautiful on a calm day. There's a lovely walk around the headland from the beach from where you can see Benodet across the river, or you can head in the other direction along the beach, or footpath behind the beach, to Ile Tudy. The whole area is beautiful with so much to see within half an hour of the campsite. I booked this site specifically for the privacy of pitches that were pictured on websites, it's proximity to beaches, and because it had an outside pool. Unfortunately, only the indoor pool was open when I was there; I was told the outdoor pool was not working when I arrived (hence 4 stars, not 5). This would have been helpful to know at the point of booking; however it didn't impact my holiday as the beaches around the coast are lovely and there's plenty to do off-site. Staff are friendly and helpful on arrival, but will otherwise leave you to your own devices unless you need their help with anything. I stayed in a 2-bed Comfort mobile home which was clean and comfortable. The covered deck was a bonus during the day but there was plenty of evening sun. I loved this site, had a really lovely break, and will definitely consider going back there again in the future. Highly recommended if you value quiet sites in a beautiful setting.

Following a long motorcycle ride down from the UK arrived at my accommodation to find faulty boiler hence no hot water. Reps tried to sort it but had to contact maintenance who finished at 6pm. So no hot water until the following day. All sorted early next day. Fridge/freezer faulty but replaced immediately by staff.
Caravan “tired” and basic - not as good as previous accommodations in France. This needs addressing for future stays as brochure can be misleading as to what you’re actually getting.
Overall the site is exceptionally clean and well thought out to cater for all needs. All staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is a great one.

Reasonably efficient. Would benefit from an app. Would also be helpful if payment due dates were more prominent when logging in.
