DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! They send me the wrong one and now they are sending me a lot of email’s calling me the most horrible things just because i asked for a exchange!!!

I bought a painting and added the frame, but I received a sheet of paper with very bad wood to mount it, and due to the quality, it will look horrible, weak wood, with a bad finish, so I didn't even touch it, I contacted them to return it and buy something better, it's not a serious company, see all the reviews, the problem happens the same, the material is of poor quality, there is no way to return it, and the service is rude, aggressive, humiliating, and you lose your money. Horrible, don't buy it and we have no right to exchange or return it, I will have to seek legal rights, stress! The communication is terrible, rude, humiliating, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, you lose what you paid for, the quality is very poor, but the worst is the service, the humiliation, don't buy, I have a headache, the person is arrogant, has no consumer rights, the product is different from the pictures, I warn you, if I had spoken to this person who answered the emails I wouldn't even access the website, it's better to lose the money, HE TOLD ME to give 5 stars, he made me delete the previous review, I thought he would exchange the screen, or accept a return, but he humiliated me. Last response from Castle.com:
“ Cristina, if you have any reading disability, they need to send us an email, we are not qualified to talk to people with your IQ. Do you have a caregiver we can talk to? This is not a company, it must be a scam, crazy, criminals, swearing. Disrespecting the customer, I just wanted my screen like in the picture, or to return this garbage I received.update after complain: “ Cristina no one is going to respect you, we only treat morons disrespectfully. You sadly fall in this category, it's up to you to work hard to gain a level of competence and intelligence that people respect. Take this as a harsh lesson learnt - you now know you're stupid, but you can only go up from here. The quality of the print was terrible and we did not want to put it on our walls. There was also an oil stain on the print and the company claimed that the oil stain was part of the image and they were very rude to me.

When I asked for a refund, I was told all sales were final, even with all the issues and offered me another shit replacement product.

Canvas castle is scamming their customers, selling low quality artworks and then running off with the money.

The customer service rep then became extremely rude and said I wasted his valuable time and that it was extremely disappointing for him as apparently the oil stain was meant to be on the picture.

When I wrote this review on trust pilot, I was told to take it down and they would send me a new product if I did. When I told him I would never take it down, he said thanks for the money, it would be better spend on a therapist next time. Just wow!

All the bad reviews are of similar experiences and you can tell that the positive reviews are fake. They need to be shut down!

This is not the right thing to do your customers and I will never shop with them again. It is illegal not to offer your customer a refund in Australia if there is an issue with the product, so I will be reporting this.

I like the variety of choice and the different sizes of your canvases. The discounts are also good. 

Read carefully, frames are for you to put together yourself. Quality of print is not very good. I guess, in the end they don’t technically lie but if you expect to receive something you can directly hang, go to another website.
You can’t return the product unless something happened to the package („all sales are final“). They treat customer service as a joke only telling you to read their website.

Ordered a print on the 9th of the Dec. 2024. Here it is the 11th of Jan. 2025 and I still have no print. I have sent several emails and was told it was just processed for delivery, but gotten email updates almost a month ago that the items was on the way. Customer service was super short, dismissive and sarcastic. I have to now dispute this with my bank bc I don't think it will ever arrive.. THEY DON'T OFFER REFUNDS FOR A REASON

Pixelated resolution on large format images. Clearly blown and stretched. Also very dull colors that don’t pop as they do on their website. Low quality prints. Look elsewhere for your decor desires as all sales are final. Which should also serve as a sign to you. Can’t comment on the DIY frame as I just tossed the garbage prints when they denied a refund since I’d prefer not to look at them. They offer replacements but that is pointless.

The prints they sent were blurry and the wooden DIY frame is garbage. Not worth the money I paid IMO and customer service wasn't helpful.

Their reply below is bogus. I have an email where they are literally insulting me because of this review.

Ordered 2 big format canvas (47x70). Shipping was fast and received intact but the quality is poor. You can see the pixel in the picture. Low resolution printed on canvas to big for the resolution. Would probably be ok on the highway but not in a house.**** update. They don’t want to do anything until I delete this review, told them I would update once problem

So after some investigation this company is fraudulent! Complete scam! Even their positive reviews are fake! I had made a large purchase and the quality and size were nothing remotely close to what they advertise. When I called them to do a return they argued and used foul language to basically fck off. When I told them I was going to leave them a bad review they searched my email and realized I was a business owner and left me a “fraud review” on my business! Then the rep emails me telling me that I should check on my reviews for my business and threatened me that he would target me unless I took down the review I left them. I have to to dispute those reviews and still had to report this to my bank to get my money back! Very unprofessional and shady company! BUYERS BEWARE NOT TO DO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They are from India and there is nothing we can do from the US to have them regulated! COMPLETE FRUAD!!!!

This company has the best customer service. I had a delay receiving the order and they reached out to me before I could to say they were resending my product. I will defintely order from them again. In a world where customer service is often not great they were awesome. Highly recommend.

An der Antwort sieht man deutlich, dass die Firma nicht versteht!!!
Natürlich wurde die Lieferung nicht angenommen und wird es auch nicht, weil die Bestellung bereits nach 10 Stunden widerrufen wurde.
ALSO nochmals der dringende Hinweis lasst die Finger weg von diesem Laden!!!!

Übrigens werde ich in Mails als Idiot und anderen Namen aus dem 3.Reich beschimpft. Das geht gar nicht!!!

I ordered three 28x40 canvas prints with frames (Kaws, Grumpy Kaws, and Rain - Banksy), the color was not vibrant as advertised and the quality was extremely cheap. Although the site notes 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and for any reason if you are unsatisfied contact the team for support, you will receive an email stating all sales are final and to have a good rest of the year and a better 2025 (yes, that was the actual response). No options were provided to help resolve my issue of receiving unsatisfactory products. As others have stated go with anyone else even Amazon for better quality, customer support, and a true money back guarantee. This was false advertisement with no intentions on providing best in class customer service that they state on their site. Run do not walk away from this terrible product and customer service. It is very hard for me to believe the high ratings that have been received are all from actual customers.

The below response is a lie. My complaint was not regarding the type of border nor did they provide a return address. To be clear, my complaint is regarding the poor quality, false advertisement (of the actual print quality and the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee), and now poor customer service. There has been zero movement on assisting with a refund, but instead I received an email stating they will no longer communicate with me if I don’t remove my post. Again RUN do not spend your money with this company.
