When you pay a lot of money for what you advertise you expect what your advertising. First time I had ordered and never again! I have been completely ripped off and you as a business has done nothing about it, emails saying your short staffed! All sweets were underweight 100g bag yet weight is 80g on each bag, I have sent you pictures of them unopened on the scales! Disgrace!!

Nothing wrong with the company but I’m still waiting for InPost to deliver

Avoid at all costs!

I received 3x substitutions in my delivery. I did not authorise any substitutions, nor was I offered the opportunity to choose them. I don't like any of the substitutions that were sent sweets I don't like. Despite numerous emails (most of which have been ignored), I am still waiting for my refund, 4 months later.

Product excellent but delivery by yodel was poor.was due Friday but said they could not find me.del Saturday ok as this time driver rang me.

Received contact back, there warehouse is currently investigating the missing sweets, awaiting a reply for the outcome

My mum ordered sweets here on the 1st july, received confirmation email, 2-3 working days delivery - about average. Fast forward to today 16th july still no sweets have arrived. After reading some reveiws here it's not just me its happened to and a regular thing. Company have been emailed,no response yet.

Steer clear from ordering, you won't receive your goods, at least not in the allocated delivery frame, or if they show up at all.

I bought about £30 worth of sweets and my delivery was all but melted which none was edible I have emailed and have had no answer angry at this company

Wrong items delivered. Chocolate and fudge melted inside the packaging which was a broken reused box, prior to delivery. Left out in the heat without even knocking to say it was here. Raised a complaint with photos of edible/incorrect products on the same day and was emailed to say they are understaffed and unable to respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU MAY AS WELL BIN YPIR MONEY.

The products themselves were perfectly fine however they charged me for a 1kg pack of sweets but only sent me a 100g one. An easy mistake to make but then, despite numerous attempts to engage with customer services they just kept promising to get back to me, over several months, and simply never actioned the issues

Love the sweets and the bags a just big enough for a treat

I ordered my chocolates on the 10th June and it’s been a whole month and they’ve only just arrived! Absolutely rubbish customer service, I’ve asked for a refund 4 times now on emails and have had no response. Will not be ordering again.

So much to chose from, all the good old sweets I remember buying when I was younger. Such a good selection. Good price. I always order sweets from previous orders. Can't beat candy bananas, jelly babies..yummy. love receiving the box.
