The installers came and discovered the standard washer hoses were too short for installation. They said I needed to purchase longer hoses myself, and gave me instructions, assuring me it was fool-proof. I bought the hoses, installed the hoses successfully, only to realize when I ran the first load that they had neglected to connect the drain hose. (Yes, maybe it was stupid of me not to know this, but that's why I used installers in the first place.) When I called CAS they said there was nothing they could do as it was a liability issue for them that I had installed anything myself. I said it was a liability for me to have used CAS, they had given me no choice, and they could at least pay me back for the plumber I was having to hire. Nope.

From assistance in the store (Nader), to the delivery guys and installers. All were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Thanks.

Took too long to come in. Salesman said it was in stock and it came after 2 weeks.

Purchased a washer/dryer on Friday and it was installed on Monday. All is good!

I have purchased a number of appliances over the past few years from CAS in Vancouver. I have always dealt with Nader. He has always got me a great price and quick delivery. The purchase of the Fridge recently was completed very quickly which was important as this fridge was to replace my home fridge which had died.

Nick Ching was super helpful and found the appliance I needed and arranged for very quick delivery as well.

Salesperson has been very helpful. We had problems when the fridge was delivered and it had 2 dents in the door. He kept checking in to make sure everything was ok. The problem was the after sales dept referred me to the manufacturer rather than doing that work themselves. What is their actual job???

I would give five stars if my chosen appliance was in stock and could have been delivered sooner. But, otherwise everything was good.

Had a great purchase experience from my sales representative, Tony Emamyar. I found him extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product. After purchasing I was surprised the company issued a discount due to competitor price match, amazing!

Tony helped us find the fridge, range and dishwasher we wanted quickly and arranged the delivery date without any issues to coincide with our renovations.
The delivery guys were great too. Lots of kudos to them dealing with our multi leveled garden. They removed and took away the older appliances.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. We made the purchase of a washer/dryer combo. They offered next day delivery which we thought was great and was appreciated. We informed them we couldn’t be home until mid afternoon and they said they would try . I was informed that they would notify me the night before with four hour window for delivery the next day . If I couldn’t be home during that time they gave me a cancellation phone number. Which I called immediately after receiving the delivery time window because I couldn’t be home. I spent over two and a half hours on hold at which I hung up then sent a email to their customer cancelation address. The next day I received a text saying they were on their way and I was the next delivery. I called later that afternoon to reschedule. I once again informed them I was only available after 1:30 and they informed me that I may not fit into their route schedule. I don’t understand they informed us they delivered until 9 pm . And the couldn’t accommodate out time widow of between 1:30-9:00 if we didn’t fit into their route schedule. We ended up cancelling our purchase and bought from another store which had no problem delivering the next day after 1:30 !!

I am very ill. I needed a fridge in a hurry. I could not go shopping. I made one phone call. Over a period of about 90 minutes and several calls with the same salesman, Mukul, I made a decision. I feel Mukul was patient and helpful and considered my situation. The fridge was delivered in less than 48 hours ! I am very pleased with the service, including the delivery fellows.

Suraj understood exactly what we are looking for, made good recommendations and gave us time to make the decision. We are very happy with his service and our purchase.
