John was knowledgeable and helpful, made organising our visit to Canada next year easy. Only booked hotels for the first 5 days as we are visiting family, flexibility to add hotels later is good.

Great Service so far!!!!
Very efficient, friendly and informative service! We enquired via the internet/web site about a trip to Ontario as a fly drive with a motor home option.
I received a call back from Gary who supplied all the information i needed, ascertained our requirements and went off to compile a quote.
He called back very quickly and supplied us with a great deal which we were very happy with and undercut our other quotes.
I asked for time to discuss with my wife to discuss, arranged a time and date for a return call which he did bang on time and we made a booking.
My first time reserving with Canadian Affair and thus far very impressed and pleased.

I am sorry to read that you have concerns in relation to the cancellation fees for your car rental. After investigation, I can confirm at the time of booking online our terms and conditions are highlighted and a tick box was selected confirming you were aware of the terms, this includes the cancellation fees. I do apologize if you were unaware of this and thank you for your feedback. Should you wish to discuss your concerns further don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@canadianaffair.com.
They booked flight from airport in wrong state
My 70+ year old mother, traveling solo, got to the end of a brilliant trip in Canada entirely organised by Canadian Affair to find that they’d booked her on a flight from an airport with a similar name in a completely different state.
Even though they are Canada specialists they have no Canadian number to call and she had no way of ringing the UK number from Canada. A friend in the UK rang on her behalf and got their out of hours voicemail saying explain the situation and someone will get back to you. Hours after first getting in contact with them they booked her an airport hotel and the next morning booked her a flight for 24 hours after her original. One lady on the phone was helpful but it was also made clear she should have checked the information was correct herself. Very difficult given the limited info they provide with the booking details. Would not recommend booking travel to Canada given they have no support available in Canada if anything goes wrong.

I am sorry to read of the inconveniences your mother encountered in relation to her return flight. Please be assured our out of hours team took action promptly to secure accommodation for that evening. Further the following day our customer service team booked the upgraded flight to provide a more comfortable journey home. I do apologize once again for the upset caused. Should you wish to discuss further please e-mail our team customerservice@canadianaffair.com and our team will happily assist.

Took our money for no car
Took our money, allowed us to book. Then said there are no cars available other than one that was £1000 more expensive. Should honour the original price. Joke.
Offering a refund isn’t good enough, we have now wasted time getting a car elsewhere.
