Excellent start to finish!!
I have just had a 5* experience booking our 3 week (June 2027) Bucket List trip to Niagara Falls, Toronto, Banff, Rocky Mountaineer, Vancouver and an Alaska cruise with Jo Buckley at Canadian Affair. Being an avid researcher I have used TripAdvisor, Facebook and the expertise of 5 different travel company specialists. Jo Buckley has been amazing. From my first phone call (when she ran over her clocking-off time by a good 50mins answering all my questions) through to our final booking call she has been caring, professional, knowledgeable, detail conscious and most importantly personable. I am very fussy about hotels and she has been very patient working through many options trying to find ones that best suit my criteria. As it happens Canadian Affair was the best value quote but this was not my main criteria (I would have happily gone with them even if they weren’t) because of the excellent service I received. I would have no doubt recommending Jo Buckley at Canadian Affair to anyone.

I emailed the company about a trip I wanted to experience. Gary came back and asked what time would be good to speak to me. He rang on the dot with a few ideas and thoughts. Expert advice and the perfect itinerary for us. Having looked at other travel companies itineraries I was impressed by the choice and cost offered by Canadian Affair. When speaking to the wonderful travel agent it was obvious that she had extensive knowledge of the trip and could offer unbiased advice to my questions. She spent a long time ensuring she was tailoring the trip to our needs and at no time did we feel unheard or hurried. Brilliant.

Great customer service
My contact, Rachel Johnston, managed the holiday booking very well - it was a complicated arrangement which she quickly grasped. She explained the options clearly. I found her to be charming and easy to do business with. Well done Rachel.
I found Canadian Affair to be difficult to contact by phone - 20 minutes on Hold is not good enough. However, I found that sending an email resulted in a prompt call back.
