Booked a trip this autumn.

Really looking forward to the holiday in September.
Initially I spoke and emailed Kasey and then completed the booking with Mark.
Both were professional yet friendly and efficient.
Mark especially made sure every detail was covered and was great fun to talk to.
They had access to good flights and pricing and even booked our seats.
They found good hotels, trips and car hire. Both had local knowledge which was helpful and reassuring. They offered suggestions and checked finer details and followed up queries promptly.

The pdf itinerary looks complete and straightforward.

Would really recommend Canadian Affair for their friendly service and good value.

Excellent company to deal with. Very knowledgable and all queries dealt with promptly.

I recently booked my flight to Toronto through Canadian Affair, (which I usually do).
On this occasion I did have some questions to pose before confirming my booking. I spoke with Mark who was most helpful, no pressure was put on me during the booking procedure and I have the utmost confidence in dealing with Canadian Affair each time I visit my family in Canada.
On this occasion I would give Mark 110% in the way he helped me.

I have used Canadian Affair for over 20 years and have not had any problems. I have always been happy with the service and products. This year, though, I was overcharged by one of the suppliers. Canadian Affair's customer service department raised the issue and a full refund was obtained within days. A follow up call was made by them to check that the matter was resolved. Really excellent service. I will definitely use Canadian Affair again!

I spent a considerable amount of money on the holiday of a lifetime with Canadian Affairs. After being assured that everything was organised and I had all the information I needed for a stress free experience I waited at my hotel to be picked up for an excursion organised by them. The company did not appear and after frantic telephone calls and a dash by foot across the town of Banff my wife and I managed to catch up with the bus. Every one else on the excursion had been told that the pick up point was at another, more central hotel. I spent time checking the details of all the other excursions organised by CA to ensure I was aware of the pick up points, Something CA should have done. They also need to visit some of the hotels they use, the Tonquin Inn in Jasper reminded me of the Bates Motel in Alfred Hitchcocks movie 'Psycho'.

Kasey at Canada Affair was super helpful.
She was patient with my multiple questions and nothing was too much trouble. She was not pushy in terms of sales and offered solutions that suited our situation and tried to find the best value.
I really appreciate speaking to someone directly in conjunction with a great website.

Friendly, knowledgeable team member who responded promptly to my initial query and put together a suitable package.

I paid for ad booked a car through their service, but there were problems with my card, so I couldn't take the car. Unfortunately, I could not find the option to cancel the order on the website. I filled out a contact form, but didn't get any response. So my money was just burned. I think that was the last time I used the services of this company.

When I booked my holiday over the telephone there was problem after problem. I received a number of confirmation emails all of which were incorrect. I had to phone time after time to get things sorted out. All this was not what I had been expecting when I booked with Canadian Affair

Paid a deposit then a week later the full amount only to be told there are no cars available for our dates 6th September isn't peak time. . The alternative car offered had limited mileage so no good.
Had a suspicion all along this would happen and the strange voucher system didn't look good.
Why not check the dates at the initial booking stage to save everyone's time and trouble. Won't be using again.

Update.
I have emailed and still waiting for a refund. I have booked a car with a competitor broker. Within 10 minutes everything was finalised and voucher received. Why can't you do that I?

Julie was very helpful from our first contact ,answered all of our questions. When we finally booked our holiday with Canadian Affair ,Julie talked us through, what we had booked, sorted train times .

I had used Canadian Affair for my only previous visit to Canada in 2005, and they did a bespoke itinerary for me then that was quite complex but worked beautifully. I wanted to plan a further trip for 4 of us taking in the Rocky Mountaineer and an Alaskan Cruise. I completed the online query form and received a comprehensive itinerary within 36 hours that “ticked all my boxes”. Questions were answered very promptly by Kasey and within a week everything was agreed and booking completed. I am quite sure that any further questions I have between and June next year will be answered quickly too. I have every confidence that I am in the hands of professionals and have no hesitation in recommending Canadian Affair to others.

We have used Canadian affair several times for trips to Canada.
We have often spoken to the Amazing Adele who is an absolute star, and always goes out of her way to help as much as possible.
She is a credit to the company.

Unfortunately due to illness we had to move our holiday from 2026 to 2027 the agents were very helpful and understanding and made the necessary changes without any confusion or question

Booked a hotel through CA for 2 nights in Victoria. They rang me the following day to check some details and then sent me a confirmation.
At the time i could have had the choice of 25/30 hotels in the Victoria BC area, but after 10 days they sent me an email to say the hotel hadn't confirmed the booking. Frantically looking on Booking.com etc I find that all the hotels are now booked up, apart from the one I'd requested! They can take my booking but it costs an extra £450!! Meanwhile CA are still advertising hotel rooms at cheap rates that don't exist. Scandalous.
PS - Still waiting for my refund!
