They delete negative reviews on their site. They keep just a few to make it look like they allow transparency but they will not post new negative reviews. Very disappointing, wish I hadn't bought from them.

Return label expired before stated in the return email. When I reached out to customer service, they would not create a new return label.

Their site also does not allow returns when Paypal is used to expedite checkout. On multiple orders, only store credit is offered as an exchange option.

Horrific customer service (if you can call it customer service).... PLEASE PLEASE don't purchase anything from this company !!!!!!!

Bought a coat for my dog - wrong size, won't take it back - even when you are exchanging a size they won't help you. Only want your money.

Insane to think a company like this exists - scammers.

I bought an amazing outfit for my dog and when I it was to big. I wanted to return it and contacted them within my 15 days and they sent me a link that wasn’t working for the exchange. It took so long for them to reach back to me that the 15 day return policy was over. Now they won’t return or even exchange my outfit !!!!! It was thier fault I couldn’t reach them in tiem. The 1-800 number is always out of service. ! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I don’t even want to return the item. I loved it. I just want a different size ! How is this fair ! I’m so disappointed. I will never shot there again !

Overpriced items, with low quality. They also hide honest reviews from their site to seem like they have higher ratings. I tried leaving fair honest reviews about the products I purchased but they hid them. As others I also experienced the gift card issue when I went to return my unworn items (No refund, only a gift card option).

If only I had seen these reviews before again buying anything from this business. They mislead with their sizing using online dog demos to do it, then when the item doesn't fit, they tell you to pay the "handling fee" to send it back. I bought a couple items from them a couple years ago, and the items STILL barely fit my puppy, at the largest size and by the chart. My bad but a good lesson learned. Beware this company and their advertising. Furthermore, when I called to address it, their phone message states they are closed for the day, at 1:00 p.m. EST. Anything to get out of having to actually talk to customers. Stick to Amazon.

I had an issue with the area of the leash pull coming apart within 6 weeks of having the Alaskan Army jacket. The jacket itself is great and warm for my dog, but the leash area would need more reinforcement. I reinforced the area myself and reached out to Canada Pooch to make them aware of the issue.
Within a day their customer care expert AJ reached out. Without asking for anything (I just wanted the company to know the issue), AJ offered a replacement or a different style to fit our needs.
This was resolved quickly much to my overwhelming satisfaction.

I expected so much better from this company and I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I spent almost $200 on boots and a snow suit. I ordered the boot size recommended by the size calculator on the website - a size 5. When they arrived, the fit appeared to be okay. As soon as we got outside, the boots kept rotating on my dog's feet while she walked and damaged the outer lining. I emailed the company and the customer service was horrendous - they blamed me and said I purchased the wrong size and that they can't process a refund because the boots had been worn. The snowsuit was a good fit - however, it has an elastic on the neck that can be adjusted for tightness, and the tip of it was frayed/damaged when it arrived in its packaging. Canada Pooch has zero integrity, doesn't care about fairness or about resolving issues, and honestly seems to hate their customers. Waste of money and now I have to go spend more to find something for my pup in the middle of winter. This company is a disaster, shop elsewhere.

I ordered sock boots for my lab in size xl after measuring her paws. The socks that arrived said XL but were TINY. Velcro strap didn’t even go halfway around my dog’s leg. Reached out to customer service to see if the package was mis-labeled. They replied with a bunch of pointless questions: had i washed the? Was there a problem with the colour? They did not address the issue at all. I can’t find return info as their site has been down for 2 days. Waste of $30. A company that sells only dog gear should know how to size things for dogs. Very odd. Wont order from them again.

My dog is a whippet mix - tough to fit. I bought a suit, and it was bunching around his arms and pulling to tight over his chest/back. I bought a size up and it worked. You can’t get through to Canada Pooch. Their chat doesn’t work. Their phone hangs up on you. They finally reply to your return request via email (after several tries) after it’s too late to return. I regret doing business with this firm and will be tossing the coat. I refuse to advertise for such a client unfriendly company.

What a scam of a company!

This is a terrible company that only cares about money and not the customer.

The website sizing is not clear and is missing critical information. When I tried to return a brand new item a week after receiving it they would not allow me to. They just only care about your money and do not take responsibility for misinformation on their website.

Find a better company to purchase from - there are so many out there that do care about customer satisfaction.

I used their boots once and they ripped on the first walk. Would not recommend. They do not provide refunds if you use the boots outside.

Snow Suit is awesome product. Keeps out terrier mix warm, dry and clean! Noticed a seam start to let go, let them know on a Saturday and by Sunday afternoon I had correspondence and confirmation of a new one on the way. Awesome customer service and great product.

I purchased booties for my dog and in under 2 months and having only used it less than a month, the booties are already falling apart at the seams and the velcro no longer sticks, therefor causing the booties to fall off constantly. Reached out to customer service and was told to send pictures and the only resolution was them giving me tips on how to clean it. For a pair of booties at $73 they most definitely should be better quality. This is the first company I've dealt with that doesn't stand behind their brand. Other company will send replacements at their cost. As well they pick and choose which reviews are posted on their website as I've tried to leave 2 reviews and both were taken off. Very misleading for buyers as they think it's all mostly good reviews when in reality they don't allow the negative reviews to be posted. Stay far away from this company.

My dog recently had knee surgery and the cold was bothering her leg because she now has a metal plate. We found a great pair of leg warmers to use on her walk. Ordering was super easy. Delivery was fast. The quality of the leg warmer is great and works well.

Horrible customer service, I can’t modify my order I just ordered last night, I hate this company I can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone, email or *live chat which is fake, on top of that they charge $7 for return and a restocking fee, of course all their reviews in their website are 5 stars

Poor customer service. Their size charts are extremely inaccurate. Their products are very poor quality.

Terrible return policy. 2 weeks is not enough. I missed the deadline by 4 days because I was travelling. Customer service refused to budge. Coat doesn't fit, I'm out $100. Would be nice if they'd treat us like humans and use common sense judgement.
