quality of the product falls very low. would never recommend anyone spending money on this brand for there pet.
For the same price, there are better quality products on the internet.

I bought 3 items for my mom's dog as a Christmas gift. We measured her dog and followed the size charts for each item. According to the size chart(s), the dog was a size 14 across the board.

I made the purchase in late November (I do all my Christmas shopping ahead to account for shipping times and to avoid items being sold out). I gave the items to my mom on Christmas day and we tried them on her dog. 2 out of the 3 items fit, but 1 of the items was way too big.

I reached out to customer service a few days after Christmas to initiate a return/exchange. I explained the situation but I was told that there was absolutely nothing they can do and now I'm out over $70 on this item.

Nice products, but their return policy is terrible. They shipped out 2 weeks late. By the time items arrived we were out of town and thus made us out of their return window. No help from customer service.

Be sure about returns.

Bad measurements, rigid return policy. I’m stuck with an 85 dollar dog coat I can never use. Will not work with me on return because it was past two weeks. Seriously , how do gifts work? Sometimes it takes a second to try a coat on a dog. The coat didn’t fit but it was also weird and rigid and my dog looked very uncomfortable, I can’t imagine a smaller size would have worked. I got a great one that works 10 times better from Sierra for 20 bucks, just wish I hadn’t blown 85! Will not shop there again.

I’m sad to have to write this review, being that I initially enjoyed the product. My recent purchase experience has stopped me from consider future transactions. I ordered a jacket for my pup using their measuring utility, but unfortunately, it turned out to be excessively large. Discovering the absence of an exchange policy, I opted for a refund, only to realize that even with the gift card option, I lost $2.

Attempting to repurchase a smaller jacket with the gift card resulted in an unsuccessful transaction, charging the full amount to my credit card. Despite immediate contact, the customer service response was unhelpful, offering only the option to use the gift card for another purchase or incur an additional $7 return fee. While requesting a waiver of the fee for both size and gift card issues, I was informed that neither the team nor their manager could rectify the situation.

Knowing I would not make another transaction with this company due to my lack of trust, l sought a refund for the gift card. However, a subsequent email informed me that they couldn't refund my shipping cost, resulting in a total loss of $14 for a product I returned to them. It's disheartening to have spent $14 without receiving any product in return.

Do not waste your time or money. This company will only take both from you without any hesitation or remorse. Dogs are dogs. They scratch and take tags off … even if you keep the tag Canada Pooch keeps your money!!! WASTE!

TERRIBLE customer service. We used their website "suggest a size" to determine the right fit for a slush suit for our dog. It was miles too big. He couldn't walk in it, his paws wouldn't stay in the legs and he just fell flat on his face. The boots are ridiculously stiff and he can't bend his paws to walk in them. Their "hassle free returns" charge a "restocking fee" and customer pays return shipping. Absolutely avoid this company. I was happy to support a Canadian company but it's been nothing but a hassle and regrets.

They do not do exchanges or refunds! My package never arrived and when I emailed the company 3 times I still never received a response. I had to have my assistant and bank help with this scam of a company.

These booties are pretty good and they stay on pretty well! However, I wish they were 100% water proof. My Labradoodle wore them for 1 hour outside and her paws were all wet but on the bright side, it protects from the salt!

Overall, they are a pretty good product, my dog walks pretty well in them but often trips at times. My dog is a size 3.

I absolutely love the suspender winter boots. They stay on well if we are walking or jogging, even for an hour.

Poor quality, worst customer service support. Didn't last a single season. Over-priced, not worth it at all.

I really wanted to buy the Canada Pooch glow in the dark coats for the darker evenings. They ship from Canada to the UK, as not all products are stocked in the UK.

I was a bit concerned by the reviews here, but I did not need to worry. The products arrived as scheduled, as described and fitted according to the size guide.

I did have a query about the tracking, but Melissa at Canada Goose was helpful and reassuring, responding quickly and accurately.

Having purchased four items, I may have a little while before shipping again. However I will buy more in future and will recommend the company to other owners when they complement my dog on his apparel.

They have unfriendly policies and terrible customer service. Stay far away from this scam of a company.

I have ordered numerous products from Canada Pooch, dog boots, coats different seasons. Now the suspender boots. I have always had a positive experience shopping with them. Very professional, packages always arrive before the scheduled delivery date. All of the products are well made and fit as promised.

I bought 2 cooling bandanas for my dogs. Not only are they cute, these things stayed cool for hours!! Highly recommend!!

I recently made a purchase online over the weekend and they had a promotion to receive a free toy with purchase of a cooling product. I initially added the free toy to my cart but then after it went through I realized it was no longer in the cart. I promptly emailed their customer service regarding the issue in hopes to receive the free toy before the shipment got sent out. The response back was that it was not added to the cart therefore I would not receive the free toy. The only reason I purchased the cooling hat online was to receive the toy or else I could have just went to the store and purchased the hat for the same price as online and not having to pay the extra $6 shipping fee. They also added I could return the hat when I haven’t even received it yet but would have to pay the extra $7 return fee. They are no longer responding to my emails when I have asked for further help with this issue. All I want is the free toy that I should be receiving with my order! 🙄

This company has the worst customer service ever!!! I will NEVER purchase or recommend them...I purchased a cooling vest and it never arrived...a month later I emailed about a refund or reshipping but the refuse to do either...the tracking says label created but it was never shipped...this company is a scam for sure...only want your money and they don't care about their customers in the least...basically they stole my money and refuse to give it back,,,ZERO STARS,,,donot recommend!!!

Wow, all that went wrong, did go wrong. I ordered a raincoat, turned out to be like tissue paper. They suggested a fast exchange receiving a gift card instead of a full refund and repurchase. I did so and the next garment did not fit. I placed an order for a larger size, but in the store it was huge. So I cancelled it the next day, but garment was already sent back. They did not want to allow a refund as I had sent back the garment on same day I received shipping label. Wanted to just give me a Credit/Gift Card. After disagreeing and stating I would go to Social Media, as I agreed with another user that they scam their clients, they agreed to give me a refund. Low and behold they did not provide the full refund I was informed I would get but a partial, approx. half of a refund, half by Gift card, no taxes returned, despite Canada Pooch not having to pay for them as garment was returned (they can ask Canada Revenue for a credit on taxes, which their Accountant will certainly do) They quoted a refund for more than $72... of $79... purchase quoted full amount, but in the end a week later, only gave me a partial refund $35 with half as a Gift Certificate. Their phones do not get answered ever, so e-mailing is only recourse unless you want to send a legal letter, which out of principle, I may do, coming from a professional family of a Judge, Doctors, Accountants, and Dentists. It's the principle of the matter. I have been an exemplary, avid purchaser. NO MORE!!! They are not willing to ameliorate their disgusting practices and are deceitful upon refund. I had to wait over a week to find out the refund was partial credit to Visa, partial Gift Card. No wonder it was their suggestion to change my cash on my Credit Card to a Gift Card! This was my money not a gift card given to me by someone else. Do yourself a favour, use a different, more honourable company.

Disappointed and Irate Customer

I purchased a pair of the 2 in 1 dog walking puffer gloves, wore them once and found they were awful. Did not keep my hands warm at -5C (given company name I would expect much much better in the cold weather), and did not work well with my phone (the product description claims they are supposed to be compatible with touch screen phones). Reaching out to customer service was useless…As I expected they hid behind their sub par standard policies and showed no intent that they would look into my complaints to make the product better. Stay far far away. Will not be shopping this brand ever again. Gloves will go to my dogs as chew toys.
