First, website lists prices in CAD, but you are actually charged USD without them telling you, this is fraud.

Second, they ship from China, not Canada; I ordered a battery that was supposed to arrive in 5-11 days, it's been 21.

Rubbish company committing wire fraud.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS VENDOR! Sadly, I should have done more homework. The battery I received from Canada Laptop Battery was defective from the start. Despite their claim of 1 year replacement warranty, after approximately 20 emails back and forth, they claim the battery is within their design specs. Therefore, no replacement will be given for a defective battery. (Defective because it's current max charge is approximately 70% of design max after 13 charge cycles and it flags "Check Battery" health status)

stay as far away from these thieves as possible...they overbill your card and then refund less than the original statement...Chinese thieves.........

Once you place an order on their site, they turn around and increase the amount before submitting to your credit card company. pretty much scamming customers by couple dollars on orders.
Even tough price are clearly listed in CAD$ and you approve a specific $ on your credit card, they still manage to withdraw more money that you did not approve. Pretty much credit card theft.

The service received was terrible. It's a shame on the chinese companies. The quality was so poor and the customer service was not responsive at all. I will not recommend this to anyone

A fake Chinese company pretending to be in BC. it is a fraud. Everything about them is a fraud.

This is a fake Chinese company pretending to be located in Canada. They lie and rip off customers, then refuse to issue a refund, despite going against their own policy. I should have checked TrustPilot instead of their fake website reviews. My battery took 30 days to arrive since it came from China, but was promoted as being in BC and only taking 3-7 days. It's cheap and I don't trust it at all. I have been trying to escalate this issue and get my money back but the employee "Tiffany" is absolutely no help. LISTEN TO ME AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Bought from them since they claimed they were based in Canada and were the only ones to be able to supply a genuine battery for my model of laptop. The shipping was specified 9-17days.... oh boy that was a lie, only after 3 WEEKS the battery was SHIPPED, and not from Canada but from China. Battery took over 2 months to arrive AFTER being shipped and upon teardown since I was suspicions my worries were confirmed and the battery is indeed fake. Stay away from this site and save yourself some nerves.

I tried this company as their prices were 50.00 less than any competitor. I paid using Paypal. After 9 days of back and forth emails and them wanting pictures of my battery, RED FLAGS started to rise up. I was like dealing with ID-10T's and they are out of China, NOT Canada as they implied on their website. My Paypal was refunded within 20 minutes of submitting the complaint.

Ordered battery Jan 11 wasn’t shipped until Jan 18 even though I marked urgent and they confirmed my address Jan 12 got jan 25 and battery was NOT working had to send proof as they said it was tested prior to shipping (if it was then it would have been working) they don’t package battery properly just in the battery box not real padding to keep safe for mail travel. I did I was willing to wait for a replacement battery BUT they said Feb 1st takes 48hr to process after days waiting still wasn’t shipped I asked for a refund THEN all of a suddenly they said it had been shipped and information will be updated in a few days which IF they verified it shipped they would have tracking number.
Don’t trust this company they are in China this is why ALL replies are done in the middle of the night NOT Vancouver which they are telling people as replies would be during day time. Also there isn’t a contact number to actually speak to anyone else red flags

Avoid at all costs. THEY SHIP FROM CHINA. NOT CANADA!!! It takes forever to get the battery. They also DONT RESPOND to the e-mails. You have been warned!!!

I didn't install my new laptop battery until 3 months after it was shipped because I was away from my household until that time. When installing the battery, it seemed to work fine. Within a year after I installed it, the battery randomly died and wouldn't hold any charge. Canada Laptop Battery's Customer Support did not help when I informed them of my difficulties. My original battery lasted 5 years and it still holds a charge--just drains quickly. I wouldn't recommend a battery provided by this company to anybody. It might work temporarily but when it dies, there isn't support behind their product. Not worth the money. I chose to order another battery replacement from another company.

Horrible company. Ordered an apparently genuine battery for my laptop. Took forever to come. Unbeknownst to me, it came from China. They then use Canada Post to do final delivery allowing them to say that they ship with Canada Post on their website and appear they are from Canada.

The battery did not hold a charge. Would die completely after five minutes. After closer inspection, the battery is fake and not genuine.

They would not refund or allow me to return without sending a video. I told them I would not reinstall their crappy fake battery just to send them a video. Did a chargeback on my credit card instead.

Terrible company. Dont buy from them. They sent battery from china which took 3 weeks to arrive. It didn't even hold charge at all. Battery was damaged.

I asked for refund on their website. they didn't respond. Then I filed a Paypal dispute and they asked to ship battery back to chain to get refund. Why would I ship battery back to china if company is located in Canada. ofcouse to ship battery was more expensive than cost of battery so I escalated to Paypal and they finally sided with me.

They wasted 3 months of my time and I had to order a battery from a new supplier.

This website doesn't own batteries and is doing dropshipping. Dont buy from him

J'ai acheté une batterie d'origine Lenovo qui s'est avéré être une contrefaçon. Mon portable Lenovo la détecte comme étant non-homologué et refuse de la charger. Pour être rembousé, il faudrait que je la retourne à une adresse en Chine. C'est une compagnie Canadienne qui demande de retourner le produit en Chine pour être remboursé en sachant très bien que le coût de la poste sera plus grand que le coût de la batterie. I needed a laptop power adapter in about 7 days. I ordered from here because they gave me the best time estimate and I figured it was coming from Canada (during COVID-19)

About 35 days after the order I got a text from DHL claiming I had $50 in duties to pay before receiving the item. I have yet to see anything, they have been responsive via email, however, I'm not sure what they will accomplish. I'm embarrassed I ever ordered from this website. I have long since purchased a replacement laptop charger from a far more reputable site. It arrived in just over one week.

Trust your gut, do not give these people any money

Battery received in 17 days from China. Not bad given Covid-19.
