Denied RMA for defective battery within one year of purchase, which is the period covered by their warranty

Ordered a battery for a Dell laptop, it was advertised as an 86wh battery but what arrived several weeks later was a 55wh battery. Not sure if the battery is just already degraded or if they misrepresented the product. Either way, it was a try to get a deal, and as others on this site have indicated, i got caught. Fool me once...

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. They sent me the wrong battery, and are now ignoring my request for a new one or a refund. Do not order unless you’re okay with losing that money

Claim to be in Canada, and add $CDN for express shipping for "in stock" items in Canada, which are still in China. Also added about $8 extra to my order. They are located in China, and all batteries must be shipped by sea. Fraudulent.

I ordered a 68 battery for a lenovo thinkpad. Weeks went by, so I contacted them. I was reassured, and the battery eventually arrived. It fit my laptop and is functioning without any problem so far as I can tell. My experience suggests this is a legitimate company from which you can get a functional battery at a good price, but you have to be prepared to wait for slow shipping.

Supposedly fast shipping. 3 weeks after they notified me that it was shipped it still has not arrived. NO customer service after 4 messages, still NO RESPONSE from the company. STAY AWAY from these people.

This company is just scam..if you happen to receive the wrong battery kiss your money goodbye, you will never get to return it or get your money back. When I tried to return my wrong battery, and after months of give and take, they offered to refund me half the price but still they never do. They would ask you to keep the wrong battery until they find another buyer and still they fail again. The bottom line, this company is in fraud business. Google must stop promoting their business and push Canadians to their cash trap

Battery ordered on 19 January '23. Then noticed that they have no Canadian presence, it is all from China. They went on holiday for Chinese New Year. Emails are replied to with bland nonsense, not to mention lies about shipping. They quote 10-15 days! Can you imagine what getting a return is going to be like and I can't just refuse the parcel for "it will be destroyed."? Presumably by the Chinese Government? But there has to be someone in Canada who gets the parcel to Canada Post so why not return to them. A thoroughly disreputable company. I should have known better.

All the negative reviews are accurate! This company is disreputable from the get-go. Firstly, the battery that they sent was incompatible because of an error on their site listing the wrong equivalency with the original HP number. After many emails exchanges they offered to give me a complete refund including shipping both ways but pressed me to immediately purchase the 'appropriate' battery which I refused to do. The eventual reimbursement took ten days and both shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee was deducted. Take my advice and go somewhere else and avoid being scammed.

I ordered a battery for my Lenovo laptop from this site in Canada. It took more than 2 months to get it because it became evident that they ship from China. So they are pretending to be Canadian but they are chinese. So far its ok, but the battery I received was different from the website description and did not work. I tried to return and after many emails they never responded. I had paid by paypal so I followed up there. After several emails they gave me a Chinese address to ship it back on my own expense! Not to mention that the return shipping cost was more than the item price! So I ended up with a battery that does not work!! Stop buying from this chinese fake company that pretends to be Canadian!

The company is not to be trusted and I could find no record of them being registered as a company under the Canada Laptop Battery name, although their shipping address is listed as SINO-US, Toronto Returns Gateway, 4567 Dixie Road, Missisauga, ONT, M0R 4Y0.

I paid $70 for a replacement battery for my Lenovo Yoga 930C laptop. I did receive the battery but it was completely dead on arrival. I had an initial response from customer service indicating I needed to send a video of the battery being installed and then not working, which I did. I have heard nothing since then, in spite of numerous emails. If that changes, I will definitely update this review.

Not impressed and would definitely not recommend anyone purchase through this company unless they wish to give money away like I did.

Ordered a battery on Nov 8th and didn't receive my order till Dec 1st. I read the reviews on their web site and the reviews looked great! When my battery didn't arrive when expected I started to look at other reviews online when I saw this web site. I was horrified by what I saw. Since my order hadn't even been shipped yet, I tried to cancel the order and get them to refund my money. They told me to please wait a few more days patiently. After 22 days I received my battery and it seems to work fine. The company made it look like they were a Canadian company but in reality the batteries appear to be shipped directly from China. I panicked a little after reading the reviews on this site but in the end everything worked out fine.

The other negative reviews match my experience exactly. They charged my credit card in chinese money which increased the price. Then they claimed they shipped the item 5 days after the order was placed, 25 days later, still no battery delivered. If it arrives, I want to return it, but I would likely lose my mind trying. Stay far far away from this company. It is NOT Canadian in any way!

I bought a faulty battery and when I tried to replace it or return it the seller just stoped addressing my emails. The price wasn't even competitive to take the risk but t's the last time I will deal with them. Take your bsiness elesewhere.

Battery died after 5 recharge cycles, shows no battery connected. Been trying to get replacement, they won’t. Keeps trying to give 50% back, and says will provide shipping address for return and will give the other 50% back once received.
Stay away. The company in China is aolstecell.

I'm certain there's nothing Canadian about this company. Battery took a while to reach me. I installed the new battery for my Acer Spin 5. It worked the first time but that's it. A total waste of money. Stay away everyone!

They shipped me a completely dead battery. If they refund my order then they're just a sh*&ty company, if not then they're definitely a scam. Either way, you should stay away.

This is a scam, battery are send from China, not original like they claim and takes for ever to receive if you're lucky. Contacting customer service is a joke and they will lie trying to get out of the problem. If paid with PayPal this is you're only chance to get your money back, maybe...
