Not best, but they have serve well me over time.

Poor booking procedure. I couldn’t find a rate online, and was directed to call. The person I spoke to was patronising and crude! I was after three rooms room, but initially enquired about 2 rooms, 1 single and 1 double with cotbed (Leicester). He told me the rooms were all suitable for 2 as a standard but would need to gain authorisation to check if an additional cot bed could be included. I was informed of the two price options £42.00 cancellable and £35 non cancellable.
The advisor insisted I select which price option I wanted before proceeding; despite me explaining I was not able to commit until I knew a cot bed can be added. He then said I am not prepared to get authorisation unless you are prepared to book! Well I’m sorry I am not being pressured or spoken to like that. I am a customer and felt belittled by that response. If I don’t feel comfortable or fulling informed of the room

I am currently booked in the holiday inn but I was told the prices here were a lot cheaper and closer to the venue I will be visiting, however after that conversation I will not be moving my booking. Your loss that three rooms you have lost out on, also as the rates were half the price at HI, I would have extended my stay to two night.

The person I spoke to has obviously not had any Customer service skills training, and if this hotel hires people of this nature I hate to think what my stay would be like. Poor poor service.

Our stay at Capanile at Kremlin-Bicetre in Paris was terrible.
The standard of the rooms are low - seriously calling for a paint job!
The receptionist are really bad at speaking english - really anything other than french ...
But that's not the end of it, because they also charge very strangely - we were there as a group with several rooms to be paid for separately, but all of the sudden they charged several rooms to my card because I had booked the rooms for all via Hotels.com. Furthermore the withdrawals they made on my card didn't correspond with the receipts given to the room occupants at checkout.
Again this is not all, because the maid (or some hotel employee with access to our room) threw out my dentist moulded and made biting shin costing app. €500 and all the hotel does is trying to avoid responsability and paying damages ...

Plutôt satisfait des campaniles, mais les hôtels extérieurement commencent a être décrépis, les chambres par contre sont top et propre, un petit problème c'est qu'il n'y a pas de balayettes dans les toilettes, ce qui est gênant vis a vis des personnes qui font le ménage, politique de la chaine parait t'il ????

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous allons dans divers Campanile en France et nous avons toujours été bien reçus. Les repas y étaient également toujours corrects. Pour le prix demandé nous trouvons la prestation très honnête et y retournerons sans hésiter.

Le concept Campanile était sympathique, au départ, dans les années 70. Les hôtels étaient neufs, la marmite du jour était appréciée et les gérants savaient donner à l'établissement une atmosphère conviviale. J'y suis retourné deux fois (Lorient et Tarbes). Ca a bien changé. Les hôtels souffrent d'un manque d'entretien et le restaurant est de piètre qualité : produits industriels, aucune originalité, aucun goût. Seul atout : le prix.

Poor service and very tired rooms. We had to swap rooms due to a broken shower and it smelt bad (musty) You cannot walk around the bed, and all the furniture is very tired and worn. Even the front door to the rooms don't always lock properly. We had very poor service in the evening at the restaurant, and after 1hour waiting to be served, we ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat!! We definately will not be returning, even though we will be back in the area again in the near future. Campanile you have lost our business. Hotel B&B offered better rooms and service.

(En précisant qu'on m'a censuré sur un autre site officiel d'avis communautaire : encore une fois je n'oserais pas mentir sur une telle situation le client étant censé passer avant les intérêts des professionnels, du moins, en théorie....)

L'ensemble était correct pour y avoir déjà séjourné surtout qu'il s'agissait d'un de mes préférés....

Là où ça ne passe vraiment pas c'est la qualité de la nourriture : le lendemain sans passer dans les détails gros mal de ventre etc je suis allée en catastrophe à un médecin du coin qui m'a confirmé à ce qui s'apparentait à une gastro' bon sachant que ça ne vient pas comme ça ET que mon compagnon mais dans une moindre mesure (il a toujours de la chance....) avait eu la même chose que moi (je ne pouvais même plus me lever du lit et quoiqu'il arrivait même en expliquant on devait libérer la chambre car on partait normalement après ce qu'on a fait fort heureusement grâce aux médicaments préconisés par le SAMU du coin...).

Je n'oserais pas mentir d'où la nécessité grâce à ce type de site d'ailleurs d'informer les gens sur la qualité de la nourriture qui apparemment se détériore surtout qu'à l'accueil mon compagnon (puisque je ne pouvais vraiment pas bouger j'ai faillit faire un malaise horrible-horrible...) m'a rapporté que le gars à la réception était quasi-indifférent surtout qu'au mieux il remboursait les consos de la veille.. Quel honte au métier enfin bref surtout que tout le temps que je me tordais de douleurs je me rappelais les mots du maître de salle ("un des meilleurs restaurants du coin")... Hmm....

Donc voilà sans médicaments j'aurais été je ne sais où puisqu'on me fichait dehors alors que vraiment encore une fois impossibilité de bouger marcher. Oui ça tombait mal on était en période pleine niveau clients d'où à mon avis le fait que rien n'a été envisagé même légèrement un geste etc grooooosse honte aux responsables du restaurant ou plutôt aux cuistots c'est une insulte à la cuisine et un manque de respect pour les produits.

Désolé pour ce ton quelque peu brut de pomme mais il est certain que quand on a faillit avoir le voyage gâché par des personnes qui s'en fichent (on a été jeté comme des détritus mais que ce serait-il passé mon dieu si j'avais été plus mal au point, honnêtement....), cela marque, voilà tout.

Plutot satisfaite. Bien placé, pas cher, personnel agréable. un peu bruyant mais rien de dramatique pour une ou 2 nuits Ca depanne bien

In Paris I was staying at Campanile my first night, and found out the day after I had bed bugs in my bed. I am highly allergic, but no refund was given, and the receptionist didn't believe me! He didn't even want to check the room for me!

I strongly advice against staying at the Campanile close to Tour Eiffel!

Super séjour à côté du canal saint Martin, personnell très sympa

une nuit étape seule avec deux enfants en bas âge.... chambre propre rien à dire, personnel adorable, bien agencé, on a passé un super moment!!

tarif abusif

Great stay in Campanile Bordeaux. Welcoming staff and tasty breakfast. Will come back for another trip !
