The hotel is pet friendly and was given a room that a dog had messed in , the stench was disgusting and the mess wiped not washed , asked to be moved but were full , so had to endure the disgusting smell over night , the room was seriously smelling and even contemplated sleeping in my car overnight , not a good experience and staff that could not be bothered about the stench even though they fabreezed the mess ,

Ho acquistato online un paio di scarpe attratto da un prezzo fortemente scontato (Ordine AVYEQTGCV del 9 novembre 2023). A distanza di quasi un anno dall’ordine non ho mai ricevuto notizie. Prima dell’estate ho fatto mandare delle pec da un amico avvocato, non hanno dato alcun seguito neanche a lui.

L'une de mes pires expériences professionnelles avec un hôtel.
Premièrement si vous y allez, j'espère pour vous que vous n'aurez pas de problèmes car le responsable est indisponible durant tout le weekend, "petit" détail il est le seul à pouvoir accepter ou non une demande.

Ensuite, malgré les nombreuses interdictions de la ville de Vienne à venir lors de la tempête l'hôtel a sans honte aucunes envies d'annuler votre réservation, mieux vaut se mettre en danger et payer que de ne rien payer.

NE SURTOUT PAS RÉSERVER AVEC BOOKING, ils peuvent plus facilement vous la mettre à l'envers.
Bref ils ne sont pas professionnels, n'ont qu'un seul objectif prendre votre argent puis le service client c'est en option.

FUYEZ CAMPANILE, il y a dix fois mieux sur le marché et pour moins cher. Et même, il est toujours mieux de payer quelques euros en plus car le service client le vaudra!

The price is too steep for what you actually get. €75,- per person for a 2 bedroom "room", when I could get a 4star hotel for €85,-. The room wasn't cleaned properly, stains on the walls, the sheets, all over the bathroom. I took a shower and the bathroom turned into a footbath, the water didn't drain properly & my clothes which I'd placed near the exit door of the room were absolutely soaked. I struggled to find replacement clothing as I was only staying for 1 night. The beds were uncomfortable at best, and "I could feel the metal poking into my skin every time I moved" at worst.

The scary part of it all was the security, though.

We got a late check-in, bc check in is available until 11pm as stated on their site. Instead we were greeted at 10pm by a closed reception and a note, stating that OUR KEYS WERE LEFT IN OUR DOORS (room number included) AND TO JUST GET THEM OURSELVES. If anyone had gone to our room before we did to do god-knows-what, we'd have been locked out with NO ONE to call.

I can honestly say I hated this place and won't be staying here again. I'm glad I was with a friend of mine or I don't think I'd have dared to fall asleep at all. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL THEY CHANGE THINGS.

credo sia la storia di molti di noi affezionati al brand. Ho ordinato in aprile 24 due paia di scarpe, solo uno arrivato dopo 3 mesi e l'altro non si sà se mai arriverà. Ma la cosa incredibile che non se ne fregano di nulla, e continuano a sponsorizzare nei vari social per vendere e imbrogliare la gente, senza che nessuno gli dice nulla.

Avoid the one in Glasgow it's absolutely filthy, the rooms are disgusting with mould in the shower and ceiling. The carpet was manky & there was about 2 inches of hair around the skirting boards. Bodily fluid is on the walls & mattresses, with torn bedding & curtains. The smell in the hotel is vile and we couldn't open the window as it had been secured shut. I suspect they have either fleas or bed bugs as I am covered in bites. This place needs closed pronto as its a public health concern.

Intet TV signal, ingen internetforbindelse. Værelset levede slet ikke op til vores standard. Vi havde betalt for 2 overnatninger og bad med det samme om at få den ene overnatning annulleret. Det kunne ikke lade sig gøre selv om det udtrykkeligt fremgik af reservationen, at det kunne det. Vi har ikke store krav til hotelovernatning, men dette hotel i Gent kan absolut ikke anbefales.

Non esiste più. È stato acquistato il marchio. Ho pagato delle scarpe non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso e non lo riceverò mai.
Mi continuano a prendere per i fondelli

Mio fratello Giuseppe Manco Ho acquistato due paia di scarpe : un il 24 giugno u.s. e un altro il 6 luglio u. s. Al momento dell’acquisto le scarpe erano disponibili, ma a tutt’oggi non sono arrivate. L’azienda Campanile ha sempre goduto di ottima fama per l’eccellenza delle calzature , purtroppo sarà finita nelle mani di furfanti che truffano spudoratamente gli acquirenti. Non sono queste le modalità di vendita e siccome ho letto che la maggior parte di chi ha acquistato è stato truffato perchè neanche dopo mesi ha ricevuto le scarpe, ho dato mandato ad un legale per il recupero almeno dell’importo pagato.

All very comfortable and well located, but I don't expect to receive two parking fines when parking is included. And I don't expect to have to appeal those fines using a cumbersome online system and providing evidence of my stay.

Sono trascorsi quasi cinque mesi dal pagamento di scarpe ordinate sul sito di Campanile senza che mi siano mai state recapitate le calzature. Ho richiesto la restituzione delle somme , ma ignorano la richiesta. Dapprima mi inviavano messaggi in cui comunicavano che sarebbe avvenuto subito la consegna. Poi nessuna notizia in merito. Mi continuano ora ad inviare proposte di nuovi acquisti a prezzi scontati. Ho già precedentemente inviato una recensione in cui ho segnalato la truffa commerciale a cui sono esposti i compratori online sul sito della Campanile.POSSIBILE CHE QUESTI TRUFFATORI ABBIANO ANCORA IL MODO DI TRUFFARE INCOLPEVOLI CLIENTI E NESSUNO FACCIA CHIUDERE I SITI TRUFFA E RINCHIUDA GLI AUTORI DELLE TRUFFE

Pre booked a two night stay at the campanile Hotel in Swindon, got stung for another £30 on arrival for my dog for the two nights we booked, no mention of extra payments for pets when I booked it online then to top it off
the room was infested with fleas, I reported this to the night staff around midnight as my dog would not settle as he was scratching all night we could not sleep due to the itching and was told they would give us another room, this never happened we got flea bites all over from this flea infested pit, as a former engineer i have worked all over the country and stayed in many hotels and the campanile in Swindon is the 2nd worst hotel I have ever stayed in, we would have had a better night sleep had we slept in the car,

This Campanile - Swindon Great Western - has fallen apart ... poor service, shortages of breakfast food, coffee machine not working. £3 penalty if you turn up for b'fast buffet without pre-ordering at reception. Door keycard failed 3 times in 3 days, had to walk down to reception to get it reprogrammed.
Room not made up. Two night stay had to be extended for family reasons, hotel 'system down' meant a wait to just book another room Final evening arrived back to find keycard again not working, 'system' down again. Room not made up ...

È un peccato che un nome come Campanile sia finito così in basso.
Comprato un paio di polacchine, mai arrivate. Ho scritto piu volte per avere aggiornamenti ma non sono mai stato contattato Non comprate assolutamente è una fregatura.

Trois étoiles c'est à peine un deux étoiles. Vétuste, exigue sans intérêt.
Chambre mal faite, pas de gel douche.

We arrived a little early and were greeted with a friendly smile. Our room was ready and within minutes we were in the room and had the kettle on.

Pessima azienda e pessimo servizio, oltre a non aver ricevuto alcun rimborso spese dell'articolo restituito il 2 Aprile non si degnano nemmeno di rispondermi alle mail di sollecito.

We do Disneyland Paris every year, this year we wanted to go but budget as we have several other holidays booked. For a budget hotel it was actually ok. The room was clean, clean towels, beds made etc … staff were friendly. I emailed twice and even though it states 48 hours to respond, the hotel have never replied. Don’t expect luxury, you pay budget, that’s what you get. But for a budget hotel, overall, ok. The farm animals were lovely and the farmer appears to take good care of them. I did query if the rabbits are let outside but had no reply, doesn’t seem right if they are just in the cage. The restaurant was ok, we only had breakfast, which was ok. Expect there was never any toast left though and the beans looked soggy. The bar was by far the best, staff lovely, we had some nice pizzas and ice cream and the area was nice to sit in. They also provided us with some milky teas (us Brit’s with our teas lol). We only spent 2 days within the hotel area as were at at parks rest of time. It was noisy at night, could hear kids running around, up and down corridor, bouncing on bed etc … but you come to expect that when everyone’s returning from the parks after fireworks. We nearly had a medical emergency though on the first night, my niece had tonsillitis & a sever cough, she also suffers from nosebleeds. That night she had all 3 & couldn’t breath, we rushed down to reception to be told they have no first aiders at the hotel (a hotel of that size, surely should be illegal to have no one trained) she said she could ring for a doctor but they take 3-4 hours to arrive and it wouldn’t be classed as an ambulance emergency but a fire service one. I couldn’t believe it. My niece calmed down in the end and managed to get her breath but we were so scared. I know they don’t have NHS but seriously! Wouldn’t stay again but not bad, apart from that first night. You can’t book this hotel and expect 5 star things, you get what you pay for. Good for people on a budget.
