I have had the pleasure of engaging with Cardogan Tate just over 2 years and I could not rate them more highly. This was a probate driven engagement and the sensitivity of the staff, the efficiency, the personalised care could not have been better. On the occasion I went in person all staff were fabulous. I have now just closed out and will especially call out Leticia who dealt with my changes admirably. Important to note they take exceptional care of goods in their care.

I cannot speak highly enough about the Cadogan team of Szymon and Ishvan, who came to pre-pack my Mother’s artwork and furniture. They were efficient and fast, but packaged everything thoughtfully and carefully.

I was so impressed I requested that they be responsible for the actual move.

And then the team that packed our belongings and unloaded for us were brilliant. Steve and Chris led the team and were knowledgable and informative. Friendly, informative, fast, efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. They put beds together again, packed items really well and were able to collect the used boxes. Totally took the stress of the physical packing and move away. Brilliant- stored my item safely and when I was ready for delivery organised with less than 24h turnaround. Very prompt in responding to emails and the delivery drivers were polite and took great care with my fragile item

We have just completed our second move in less than 12 months with Cadogan Tate, firstly from London to a rental flat in Kent, now to our new permanent residence in Surrey. Everything from start to finish on both occasions was excellent. Lyndsey in the office is extremely friendly and helpful (and remembered me from last time), Gemma co-ordinated the move effortlessly and both move teams were superb. In fact, I requested the same foreman (Simon) for our second move because he was so good the first time round. The move teams are friendly, polite and amazingly efficient. All in all, excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend Cadogan Tate.

I cannot recommend Cadogan Tate highly enough. Their support over the years with my removals and consequential storage I know wasn’t easy, with many bits being picked up and returned to storage on numerous occasions, but they were always so accommodating. They made it so seamless and hassle free.

This morning I was dreading the removal of items with my overseas storage company on site with me along with a purchaser of a sofa, but everyone was so helpful going above and beyond, and it went so quick and efficiently. When stress levels are heightened that a move entails, they ensure they don’t add to this and that is commendable.

Over the years I have been so impressed by the incredibly helpful teams they employ both the warehouse and their removal teams. I have recommended them to 2 friends and they have both said the same and I knew they wouldn’t let them down.

The team and particularly the leader Pavol wrapped and removed 30 years of furniture and belongings from 4 floors They were skilful. resourceful ,friendly and very helpful including assisting us(90 and 83) in loading some items in our car
They were able to do despite their reserved parking space being unlawfully blocked
This is the third time CT have moved us and every time they have been excellent This has made moving much less stressful than it could have been for which we are very grateful

I have had several moves with Cadogan Tate to date and always felt I am getting my money's worth. They are considered an expensive, premium service but in my experience they have been definitely premium in service but actually quite competitive with other similar providers and always worth every penny. Special thanks to Ali and his team for our most recent move and to Gemma for running point at the office. I won't hesitate to call CT for any of my future relocation needs!

Simon and Maciek were so friendly and efficient and dealt with a few unforeseen problems very well. They arrived when they said they would and packed everything carefully and were even nice to my cat!
