Went on cable.co.uk to see what deal
I could get with a new broadband provider and they had a offer where if you signed up via them you get a £75 gift card, so I did, got the email, clicked the link and made the order, then just to make sure everything was ok I sent a quick email to check and they emailed back and said there was no trace of my order!? So
no gift card for me even though I signed up through them.

1 big con to get you to sign up via them and get nothing back.

I would recommend this company without reservation. They were very helpful and sorted everything I needed

I felt pushed into proceeding faster than I wanted, as I has actually phoned for information. I expressed this and was told it was ok as I would receive all details via email and had 14 days to change my mind. I never received any details and when I did ring to cancel was told they had me down for a different package to what I thought I had asked for. Which contradicted what Sky said. Unable to check as no written details. I have cancelled

The lady I spoke with was polite and well spoken. She found us a fantastic deal that will save us £45 per month without losing any of the internet speed we were receiving through our previous provider.

I originally rang to enquire about a new broadband/phone deal I had found on the internet. Your agents took me through it then came up with an even better deal including a Sky contract for even less.
On ringing back to accept the offered deal your agent looked again and saved me even more money ! All the time they were friendly, patient and efficient. Everything was arranged without fuss or drama and I'm thoroughly pleased with the deal that has been arranged for me.

Not listening to my requirements. So did not offer me what I was interested in.
