Customer Service Improved Over Time
Shipping was not fast and not quite discreet. The product I received was not fully functional. Customer service was initially terrible, overlooking my concerns, but they eventually took me seriously.

Our products have a warranty period, even if the product is damaged due to logistics, we will send you a new one for free as compensation. Awful. The item I received was nothing like was advertised on their website. The look and size was totally different. I had contacted support and they agreed to send me a replacement seeing as the item I received was wrong. The replacement that showed up was somehow even WORSE than what I had originally gotten. Practically the size of my hand so, unusable. They claim that the replacement was the correct one, but this is untrue. Their website is simply false advertisement. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. You will not be satisfied.
