Not worth 1star. Ordered items paid for unlimited delivery previously, this time they sold me Burton plus for next day delivery and all these promises for lost parcel etc. You guessed, Delivery did not arrive the next day or the next two days, Then Everi supposed to have delivered but left parcel against front door without ringing door bell or knocking, Checked and no parcel there we are on a main road. Trying to contact this firm is terrible no phone contact only online chat that is only Ai and that just repeats itself, So eventually they reply and in about 5 pages of legal jargon from there FRAUD dept say i have received it and signed for it mmmm NO they also refuse to refund under the Burton plus and quote Visa regulations saying i should not claim for 15 days even tho they say Burton plus would refund in days... Everi have confirmed they contacted this firm of we just take your money and dont honour anything. so i will never buy or recommend these money takers ever again.. i think they must be ready for closing down with this kind of trading .... SHAME ON YOU BURTON/BOOHOO AND OTHER TRADING NAMES,,,, Montague Burton must be turning in his grave with your sharp practices,, Next stop BBC WATCHDOG....

Bought unlimited delivery. Never applied to account and customer service failed/refused to rectify after numerous messages with them. One of the worst, if not the worst, customer service experiences I have had. Would never use them again and that goes for the many other brands they are associated with. Pity. I used to like Burtons when they were a shop retailer.

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered on the 3rd of April my package was due April 10th that was all fine until it got to april 10th, on that day I received an email saying my order will be with me in 24 hours, that 24 hours rolled around and my parcel still hadn’t arrived. I emailed customer service they told me to give it till the 21st (18 days delivery which is ridiculous) which was also too late for my event. I requested a refund as I didn’t want the suit anymore.I had to wait untill the parcel got delivered to send it back for my refund, which may they made me pay postage for.It Took about 2 weeks for my refund to finally come through. Meaning overall it was about a 4 week process.Such a joke of a company don’t bother wasting your time ordering from there

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Sent back a suit over 2 weeks ago costing £240, no acknowledgement of it being received even though my proof of postage with RM shows it was received by them. It is impossible to speak to anyone and now I have had to resort to raising a dispute via my bank to try and get my money back.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DIABOLICAL COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF USING.

Avoid them, you have been warned.

Do not buy from this company!!!! unless you want the worst service ever and never to receive your goods.
I placed an order on Black Friday (28/11/25) for 5 items for Christmas presents. Here I am 22nd December, no goods and it is impossible to contact this company. They are unhelpful when you eventually find you can email Debenhams for support????

I really don’t want to give even a single star. Fraud company with zero quality. I order dress and pay extra delivery charges just to receive on next day but still receive my parcel after three days and in such low quality worse condition. Ridiculous behaviour. When I ask to refund my extra charges their representatives stop replying

I'd give zero stars if possible. AVOID.

Bad quality, wrong sizing, incorrect information, missed delivery date etc etc.

Whoever this company is, they're trading on the good name of a firm that no longer really exists.

The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced.
Ordered some shorts too be picked up from a collection point, the tracking said they were refused twice and then sent back to sender?
I contacted their customer service team by WhatsApp chat, and basically their system doesn't let them see any message history, so they said, so over the course of a week I had to repeat everything time and time again, I tried to get the shorts re-delivered but eventually gave up, they were going to charge me a return fee, they asked me to wait 2 weeks for them to instigate a refund and several other things which appeared to be delaying tactics??
Keep well clear.

Grandson wanted a suite. Had to purchase separate jacket & trousers. Trousers 4" larger than they should. Contacted customer support. Picture sent. Portal said only a credit note available. I wanted a full refund in to my bank. They are refusing a refund and to rub salt in to wound they are charging return.
They are saying their portal cannot be changed to a bank refund.
DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered online and it was not made clear that for the vast majority of products Burton simply act as a broker - one has to arrange separate returns for almost every product at one's own cost in the many cases. Burton do not even facilitate return via the original order. I ordered several products and am having to arrange multiple different returns to different places and each one is incurring a financial and time cost. Would never order from Burton again as the returns process is awful

I've had SO MUCH trouble with this effing company. I WISH I had seen all the bad reviews before I ordered.

A little context:
The entire process and experience has been very, very bad.

I start by ordering an entire 3-piece suit + summer jacket.
I receive information about the order is processed and being dispatched soon
I then receive information about the fact, that the trousers werent in stock and then I am being refunded for the piece. But that just leaves me with a blazer jacket and waistcoat but no trousers? Like, how does that even make sense....
Then I cannot cancel my entire order and that leaves me in two scenarios:
1. Return the package as soon as I receive it (extra administration and burden from my PoV)
2. Buy another size of the trousers and hope they fit (they did not)

I felt forced into option 2 but regretted it almost immediately. I am now stuck with the trousers and CANNOT return these due to their ABSOLUTE lack of customer service AND the fact, that they are based in UK and no couriers want to deliver to UK. THEY DO NOT PAY SHIPPING BACK AND DOES NOT HELP YOU, AT ALL.

Again, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I lost arund 100 euro on this - DO NOT DO THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.

e-mailed them to cancel my account they e-mailed my e-mail account back to ask for my e-mail address!!!!
Sums up Burton customer service.

Ordered 4 items to make the shipping cost viable, Days later told 3 of the items could not be found in the warehouse. Yet still showing even now as in stock on the website. Told them to cancel the last item as the shipping was more than the cost of the item. Told they could not do that. Asked many questions about dubious practice of saying items in stock when they are not. No answer or no answer to any query regarding my order. Avoid like the plague

Placed an order then 5 days later they claimed they couldn`t find stock in the warehouse. No point in advertising deals if you ultimately do not have the stock

Told refund done 18 december still waiting then told be done for 24 dec then told 3 Jan then told wait 7 to 10 for the finance department to look at it

Items are always great value for money BUT DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON NEXT DAY DELIVERY this never happens.

I always pay extra for next day, but what they fail to inform you is that as they use Royal Mail, that it is next WORKING day.

I placed an order during Black Friday and overall the shopping experience was fine. However, when it came to checking out I kept experiencing constant technical difficulties with the website, asking me to try again in a few moments. This was frustrating. Many errors resulted from this website malfunction. I got in touch with the customer support agents to try and resolve them, they were fast to reply however they were not much help at all... until I had gotten through to Charlotte (Charl) who understood my issue/concerns and resolved it straight away, hats off to them!

I look forward to my order arriving soon and hope I experience no more issues.

Ordered through the app. A week later and the order hadn't even been dispatched. Contacted customer services who said they would investigate. Heard nothing. Tried again and they said the order had "failed", whatever that means, and that they would issue it again (although one of the things I ordered was now out of stock). No progress with this so I contacted again to be told it had failed again, and did I want to try again or get a refund. I asked to try again (how many times can it "fail"?)... got a response saying it wouldn't allow it so I'm getting a refund, which I was told would be with me within 24 hours... 2 days later... still no refund and the order is showing as pending.

As a customer for years, it's sad to say I'll never use this company again as its been impossible to get my order and they're sitting on my money.

Had a problem with a jacket I recently purchased, managed to speak with Zahir who’s resolved my problem straight away. Amazing customer service!

Customer service is very poor! I paid a for a next day delivery. The courier didn’t deliver the clothes the next day (I was in all day waiting for the parcel). You refuse to except responsibility even though you have “looked into it”. Never using these jokers again!
