Order caught up in the middle of the postal strike but communication from the company was excellent, even went over and above in answering my email (and thereby giving me reassurance) instantly and very late one night
Boxes have now been successfully delivered to my daughter but like most new mums, she has superstitiously stowed them away!

Amazing shop
Amazing shop, with items much cheaper than I found elsewhere and the shop owner was great at communication - letting me know how my order had been packaged so I knew where to find everything. I will definitely order from here again and I have recommended it to other pregnant friends.

Best deals, great service
We bought our pram, accessories, baby rocking chair, bedside cot AND car seat from BundleBaby. We shopped around and found the best deals here. We got the most premium brands for the best price in the market. As first time parents we were nervous and left ordering everything to quite late. BundleBaby is not Amazon so you can’t expect everything to come the next day but Niamh and team worked hard and got us everything in time. They were very responsive in emails and made sure everything went smoothly.
It’s been a year now, needless to say the quality of every item is top notch and every time I use my pram I am so glad I found this website and found a bundle I could afford. We have had a broken cup holder and a zip which have been replaced in less than a week. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you.

Outstanding Customer Service
Outstanding customer service. We were sent videos to compare products along with updates on product delivery.
The videos were excellent to receive and made the decision making even easier.
We’ll most definitely be buying from here again after receiving such excellent customer service.

Absolutely excellent experience
This company are absolutely fantastic, and provide an excellent, efficient and personal service. They are also (by far!) the best price around for top of the range baby gear so I have been recommending then to anyone who is looking to purchase baby items. Niamh is a pleasure to deal with and so helpful and knowledgeable, I will most def be a returning customer.

Brilliant company
Highly recommend Bundle Baby to anyone. The pram I ordered was the best price I’d seen anywhere plus it was delivered within a few weeks. Communication on order status was updated constantly too.
There was a part missing from the car seat but after emailing I received a reply literally within a few minutes! They sent the missing item plus an additional gift which all arrived within a day or two. The email communication again was very prompt.
I would use Bundle Baby again without hesitation.

- Required a number of follow ups to get - through via email.
- There is no direct contact number to communicate with customer service.
- received the product in wrong colour but I had already spent several hours putting the product together so I didn’t communicate it back to company that it was incorrect colour.

Thanks for your review. We do state clearly on the checkout page our pram orders take up to 2 weeks. I had a look at the order and can see it was sent 14 days after you purchased so within our stated time frame.

Punctual, Professional, Polite - Highly Recommend
From our first meeting with Niamh it was clear that we were in safe hands. Niamh is an extremely informed sales professional, who catered for our every need. We eventually agreeed to purchase the 9 in 1 Cybex travel system and it is simply incredible. The delivery was extremely punctual also (even with Niamh having COVID, thanks again!!)
Overall, we would highly recommend Niamh and Bundle Baby Online. It is the best value and service that your money will buy.
