We used LBB to arrange the structural warranty on our latest development and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jasper Hayes looked after us throughout and was a pleasure to deal with, clear guidance, quick to respond, and always on hand to keep things moving. He kept us well informed on timings and made sure everything was in place well ahead of our deadlines. Genuinely felt like he was on our side rather than just processing paperwork. Would happily recommend LBB, and Jasper in particular, to anyone needing warranty cover for a construction project. We look forward to working with them again on the next one.

We are an SME residential developer who were in the market for build warranty quotes for our Lincolnshire new build development of eight houses.

We had already obtained quotations when we were personally introduced to London Belgravia Brokers in January 2026. An initial call with LBB Consultant Jasper Hayes immediately put us at ease, who made light work of understanding our requirements. Jasper not only swiftly returned a quotation with a provider we had not been previously quoted for, but one which included additional inspections and a lower premium than our other quotes.

Over the course of the next 6 months whilst we grappled with funding setbacks, Jasper stayed in touch refreshing our quotation accordingly each time we felt we were close to completion. All documentation was attended to prior, so when we finally completed it was a simple matter of transferring the premium.

We could not be happier with the high level of service we have received from Jasper at London Belgravia Brokers, who will be our ‘go-to’ warranty broker for our next project.

Have your heard the term "not all superheros wear capes" Well I have just meet one by the name of Karen Wilson from LBB. Karen approached our complex situation with such calm professionalism which is not often seen these days. So Far this has been the worst service we have ever encountered. We have used NHBC, BLP and Premier which are all far superior.
Main issues have been no inspector bothering to turn up after agreed appointments, Reports not being sent when they should, then being lost. The final and worse experience is trying to get sign off as no one wants to take any responsibility what so ever.
Worse is the additional interest payments we have to pay due to ICW being completely not fit for purpose.
