Adam was fantastic from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, I went into the process feeling pretty nervous and not really knowing how anything worked, and Adam made a huge difference. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, always happy to answer my questions, even the random ones that had nothing to do with the mortgage itself. No question ever felt like a silly one, and he was quick to reply whenever something popped into my head.
He genuinely made a stressful process feel manageable, and I felt properly looked after throughout. I've already recommended him to friends and will keep doing so without hesitation. As a first time buyer just the thought of the home buying process was initially very daunting for me.
