Memorial Plaque
Very professional customer service and a beautifully made memorial plaque. They know what they're doing, and they obviously care about the end result - they offered me an alternative design to the one I presented them with, which we unanimously adopted... it was far superior to mine. Good quality, great response
After I failed to approve a proof in a timely manner, Brunel were left with very little time to actually produce the time-critical product. They pulled out all the stops and delivered it on time. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and also the quality of the product; it was an engraving that involved a fine line drawing and a logo, and it was reproduced and packaged beautifully.

Great website with lots to choose from. The ordering process was easy to use. We ordered 5 Jade corporate awards and requested a preview. Our order was very quickly followed up with a phone call to say the preview was ready for our approval. We had requested a fast track order as we needed the awards quickly and we are based in the North of Scotland. The items arrived on schedule, they were very well packaged, and we were kept informed all along the process. The recipients received their awards and were blown away by the quality and beautiful engraving. A big thank you to your team for providing such an excellent, professional service and for making our event sparkle.

The whole process was really smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout, with very quick responses and proof emails sent promptly, making the entire experience straightforward and stress-free.
The pricing was fair, the turnaround was impressively fast, and the final product arrived much sooner than expected. Most importantly, the quality was outstanding and exceeded our expectations.

We sell hundreds of the Brass Effect Discs on a monthly basis. They are usually well received as a cost-effective alternative to solid brass. I have been unable to find any correspondence from you stating your dissatisfaction with the order you had received, had you contacted us we may have been able to offer a solution/ alternative product.
