Everything about my experience with Brunel was 10/10.

The sales and customer service team were amazingly helpful. They were super responsive, and really helped to support us through the process.

We had a plaque made for a memorial garden, and we needed it turned around super quickly. They were super accommodating of this, and when it arrived, it looked amazing.

Could not recommend this company more.

The communication with Brunel Engraving was excellent, customer service excellet, product looks perfect, fast track option was very helpful too. The only downside was the delivery. Next day delivery arrived in few days to the neighbour by DHL, luckily after investigation we found it.

They were helpful, but most of all efficient and reacted quickly for what was an urgent requirement.
Delivering when they said they would, overcoming factors that could easily have delayed this.

Liked the neatness and equal spacing.

Liked plaque being made of stainless steel as plaque was for a man who was a sheet metal worker and only used stainless steel.

The plaque was high quality and was delivered quickly. Not 5 stars as there were additional costs that weren’t obvious up front. Also I would have expected pre-drilled holes for the screws.

I’m absolutely delighted with the service and finished plaque from Brunel Engraving.

From start to finish the team were patient, helpful and really worked with me to get the design exactly right. I had a particular vision for a memorial bench plaque and after seeing the first proof I asked for some changes. Toby took the time to explain the engraving limitations, listened to what I wanted and made revisions to bring it much closer to the original concept.

There was even a size mix-up during the proof stage, but this was handled honestly and professionally and alternative versions were provided without any hassle.

The finished plaque looks beautiful on the bench the quality of the engraving, detail and overall finish exceeded my expectations and means a lot to me personally.

Very professional customer service and a beautifully made memorial plaque. They know what they're doing, and they obviously care about the end result - they offered me an alternative design to the one I presented them with, which we unanimously adopted... it was far superior to mine.
