Easy online system, great quality products

A pair of trousers I bought previously fitted me perfectly. The new pair I bought seem to be cut totally differently and did not fit me at all. The waist length et cetera. Was supposedly identical.

Made my first order for a Blazer and a pair of Chinos based on the quality of my wifes company uniform that comes from Brook Taverner and im equally as impressed. I had to return both as they were on the large size (my fault not theirs) so reordered the same in the afternoon and the new sizes turned up the next morning. Amazing delivery speed and nicely packaged. Both item are really high end quality and fit perfectly. I am ordering more items today, wish i'd tried sooner.

Quality product but for a fitted type too baggy around the groins

Atrocious service from Brook Taverner. I specifically asked them to resend my purchase using a courier other than DHL due to previous problems, but they completely ignored my request and used DHL anyway.

DHL have now failed to deliver my parcel twice, with incorrect and misleading delivery information on both occasions. My parcel is still stuck at the depot.

This was entirely avoidable. Brook Taverner ignored a simple request and left me dealing with the consequences.

Just the usual great service and the quality of the trousers excellent

I recently bought two Brooke Taverner shirts, as always the online service has been good. The quality and style of the all the Brooke Taverner products I purchased over the years has been excellent and at a reasonable price.
