Brook Taverner Recenzje

Prompt delivery and returns.

Fast service. High quality great tailoring. I have just taken delivery of the best jeans I have ever owned. Well made excellent fit and superb stretch denim.

Easy online ordering process and fast delivery. Friendly and helpful in store experience.

Always great clothing from Brook Taverner, at reasonable prices and swift delivery service.
Why go elsewhere?

Ordered a jacket which was delayed in 2 occasions then failed to arrive after a week
Rang customers services and bluntly told they cannot keep an eye on deliveries since there are thousands of parcels
Will not be using this company again

Very good company, pleased with all my purchases great quality and look very good

Excellent service. Delivery was very fast and item well packaged. I needed to return the item and order a larger size. Return processed and refunded quickly. New item is a perfect fit and looks great. The item is of excellent quality and feels great to wear.

Very quick delivery time. The jacket I bought was beautifully made. It was too small but the returns and refund process was very easy and quick and I immediately ordered the larger size.

The overshirt is a top quality product the finishing, fabric, presentation and delivery were second to none

Return of item very quick and professional. Reordered and received within 2 days. Than you.

Very good value for money and extremely fast despatch and delivery.
Beautifully made shirts. However, I just wish the sleeves had a little less bulk. I buy Tailored and Slim fit shirts from other manufacturers. Sadly, Brook Taverner have the bulkier sleeves.

Seen a shirt I liked on the Web site and ordered it. Arrived 3 days later. Good quality, great fit and exactly what I wanted. A1 service all round.

Order placed on 17 September, in time for my Mother's Funeral. Received order delay message for trousers and therefore Double Breasted Suit, disappointed but thought it would arrive on 2nd October. No communications, so contacted customer service, they said I should have received an up-date, finally arrived on the 6 October. Far too late for my Mother's funeral! The suit was good and I have kept it. But exceptionally poor service and communications. Don't order for an occasion, as they don't deliver and don't communicate. I have bought from BT before and had no problem, this is my last purchase from this company.

Very good service and really lovely shirts

Good quality, competitive prices, and prompt delivery.

I had a problem and it was sorted quickly

The jacket is very nice, good quality and value for money. The packaging did not reflect this. It was just thrown into a small cardbord box, with no protection. I opened it with a pair of scissors and nearly damaged the jacket. Also all the other jackets I have bought came with a bag and a hanger, not this one.

Good quality at reasonable prices. I would have given 5 stars but the last pair of trousers I bought were small for the stated size and a couple of years ago two pairs of trousers came up nowhere near the stated size. However, I have many others that are excellent and well sized.

Easy to order online. Good selection of sizing, especially for the shorter man (me). Lovely, good quality clothing. Delivered on time.

The quality of the product is excellent. The service from Brook Taverner was 1st class, however the delivery company, EVRI is deplorable as they delivered my parcel to a completely different address on a different road, saying it was delivered to a neighbour. When I complained they said I would be contacted within 24hrs, that was 3 days ago and I still have not heard anything.
It was Brook Taverner who managed to locate the address to where it was delivered and after 4 visits I eventually managed to recover my suit.
10 out of 10 for book Taverner but minus 10 to EVRI.
