A big thank you to Matthew at British Rose Cricket! My partner and I were visiting the Lake District on holiday when I came across the shop online and decided to book an in-person appointment. Matthew was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He did me a great deal on a new bat, some cricket pads, and even threw in a few extra stickers. The whole experience was top-notch from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Matt has recently done a rehandle on my bat and repaired a mates bat that had significant toe damage! Fantastic speedy service. Hes done plenty of refurbs on bats in the close season for me and always does a brilliant job. Currently using the British rose gloves which are top quality. Thanks again Matt

Visited British Rose Cricket this morning with my husband and our 15 year old son who was looking for a new bat. Having only heard about the company last week we were keen to go and support a local Cumbrian business.
Matthew was the loveliest, genuinely nice person and very knowledgable about the different bats available.
He made recommendations and suggestions based on our Sons requirements and we left with not only a bat for him but one for my husband too!
