Fran ran a Britney-themed dance class for my friend's hen party and we had THE BEST TIME. She is an absolute babe, so encouraging and friendly, and made learning an entire routine feel like so much fun!

Fran is one of a kind, she brings the energy, the dance moves and the kind and patient nature to teach someone who doesn't know what they are doing. We knew the song we wanted to do our wedding song to and a vague idea of style but felt a bit lost with it all until we bought Fran into it. I look back at all our practices together and laugh as she made us feel so safe and was also a lot of fun. Would not use anyone else!

The venue was great. Fran is amazing at making everyone welcome and putting everyone at ease.
Frans teaching method is both clever and fun. No one feels out of place and lots of laughs throughout the evening.
I would highly recommend any event that Fran puts on !!

Fran is the most amazing, down to earth, funny and most of all TALENTED lady I’ve ever met! She hosted my very silly Hen Do dance party and I genuinely got abs from laughing so much! My friends also had a blast and can’t wait for another dance sesh! Fran was so motivational, passionate and patient with how bad my rhythm was but we got there in the end!
10/10 would recommend for anyone who wants to have a fun and interactive dance party experience!

Booked Dance Yourself Free with Fran for my friends Hen do in March, and what an amazing time we had. The group were nervous to start and didn’t know what to expect, but we had so much fun and by the end of it, we all wanted to do it again! Non stop laughter, and fun, and the dance routines were just brilliant. Fran, thank you for being a part of my best friends hen do and setting us up for a great day!

What can I say but what an amazing experience at Dance Yourself Free, Fran is the most amazing teacher, she breaks all the dances down so everyone can pick them up, she makes the class so much fun and is so encouraging, empowering and gives huge confidence to everyone. Fran is awesome, kind and so caring, you can see why all her regulars are so dedicated to her and to the Dance Yourself Free experience.

Fran who runs the dance evenings is such a good teacher. She makes it fun and enjoyable, she breaks a routine down into segments and then puts it together. The ladies that go and Fran are so friendly, you don't feel self conscious at all, I love going. It is good exercise for body and mind, as it says "Dance yourself Free".

What a brilliant night! Fran choreographed a great routine to ABBA which was easy to pick up as broken down in stages and then put together in a glorious finale. It is a super relaxed and fun environment thanks to Fran’s infectious enthusiasm and inclusive and welcoming approach. Such a great way to spend an evening
Fran is lovely, encouraging and lots of fun. Nothing too serious, or strenuous.
We had Prosecco breaks which of course helped with our dance moves!!
Will certainly be booking more classes.

I attended the Dance yourself free class yesterday and it was fabulous! What a joyful evening, great energy fantastic moves easy to follow and great workout. Thanks Fran for the positive vibe and body celebration message and I can’t wait for your January class! Fran taught 20 Hens aged 20s to 60s of varying confidence, musicality and dance ability a Nineties mix routine.
Fran was so enthusiastic and patient we all had the best time learning some moves.

Fran ran us through such a fun dance routine for a hen do activity and it was brilliant. Laughed the whole time, wasn't too difficult or complicated and Fran was the perfect teacher, very encouraging and positive.

Fran was absolutely amazing, so full of energy and fun and made us all feel so comfortable! She was really supportive of everyone at all different levels of ability and just made it about having fun all together! Would 100% recommend Fran and Dance Yourself Free, was the most fun we’ve had in ages!!

Fran was brilliant at motivating and coordinating an entire dance routine for 20 hens! Even those who were a bit apprehensive (including myself) enjoyed it and were able to follow the steps easily. She kept it chilled, often pausing for breaks (or a sip of wine for us!) We all had such a laugh, thank you Fran!

I was recently at a hen party where Fran came in and taught us all a mash-up dance to some of the best songs from the 90’s. I’m by no means a confident dancer but Fran put everyone at ease, creating an inclusive, fun and exciting atmosphere putting everyone of all ages at ease. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience & we can’t wait to show off our new skills at the wedding!!

Fran was warm, enthusiastic and patient! Teaching 19 hens of all ages from 20s- 60s a full dance in a couple of hours is not easy but Fran made it look effortless!! The energy was infectious and I’m singing the songs a week later. Thank you Fran!!
