I continue to be pleased with the service I receive from this company. Charlie Locke is always responsive and proactively makes suggestions for options when resolving a problem. The routine stuff he just gets on without even involving me where that's appropriate.

This company is so helpful when you are searching for a home, and then is absolutely terrible once on contract. They leave items weeks to months unfixed and unfinished. The client is forced to do all follow-up individually with the contractors. It's curious what they are actually managing vs just accepting a paycheck from landlords. In addition their staff is rude and often unresponsive. This company is a scam.

Our property manager, Phebe, has been very helpful in assuring the smooth management of our property. She communicates clearly and nothing is too much trouble. We wanted a mostly "hands off" service for the property and Phebe has been great with that.

The team at TBRLC are 1st class and our property manager, Amy Garrod, has been outstanding. We have experienced many property managers over the years from other companies, and all were okay - however TBRLC stand head and shoulders above them all.
