The car i bought recently had an intermediate electrical fault that the staff were unable to trace so 3 weeks after buying it I got a replacement car to the same value of my previous purchase which I was absolutely delighted with throughout my 3 week period with said car the staff were great either keeping listening to me and checking the car problem out due to the assistance of the sales people I was able to get a replacement and am now over the moon with my new car thanks guys for being so supportive and listening to me

It was very quick and easy
It was very quick and easy. We had seen several cars in the website and after speaking to the friendly and knowledgeable Jordan Kennedy, decided on the Renault Clio . Hassle and stress free. Jordan was available to us throughout and I’m sure any after care will be as good and easy as the purchase

No pressure was put on us to buy. Knowledgable, courteous staff with a down to earth approach (Jordan Kennedy). When we bought he guided us safely through a myriad of (digital) "paperwork" .... though I'd have preferred 'real' paper tbh.

Lovely people to deal with
Lovely people to deal with, friendly and professional advice.
Salesman Colin was great, he got me sorted with the van I wanted with no hassle.
They also got me fixed up when a light came on in the dashboard with no quibbles, it was a quick fix at my local garage.

The fact we weren't pestered by salesmen like sum garages the salesman Liam brought out the cars we wanted to look at and left us too it once we picked the car we asked a few questions about it Liam got about setting the finance up a wk later myself and my daughter were driving aboot in our new cars nice and simple no hassle

Great service!
We bought our car from Bridgend, first time we have used them and it will not be the last, they were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When we had a small problem with one of the keys they were fantastic! Sometimes you get great service at the point of sale, and very poor service if you have a problem, I'm delighted to say the Bridgend could not be more helpful, a sign of a fab company. Thanks to Liam for the sales support and to Sharon for the help with the key!
