Straight forward deal, staff were really helpful. Traded in 2 cars for an EV. Mot done on the car and replacement parts fitted before pickup.

I was very excited to have my first mini automatic car, Liam the sales person was excellent and very professional and helpful.
The car did not appear not to have been Prept before I picked it up.
When I drove it home I heard a rattle coming from the rear of the car, also noticed a few stone chips on the near side of the car had not been touched up.
When I contacted the garage they were very helpful to rectify all the above which gave me piece of mind.
This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Bridgend garages and always found them very professional.

I knew which car I wanted, everything was organised by Alan who was very clear and concise with required documents, very pleased with part exchange price. The car has been great leaving the garage mechanically sound, clean all ready. Very pleased .

Had the car 3 month it broke down apparently timing issue fixed had car back a couple of weeks breaks down again different issue sat outside house for 3 weeks at it had no display to see what speed i was doing then reluctantly drove it to garage 50 miles away to wind down car 2 weeks later no correspondence no unwind and no vehicle to commute for 5 weeks now an update would of been nice but none given
