Ordered sample invites, correspondence and customer service excellent as I hadn't realised the samples could be ordered in different colours. Prompt delivery. Lovely invites, now just to decide which one to order!

Be very careful if you purchase from this company. If your item arrives and it is faulty or damaged, you have to pay yourself to return the item! I'm out of pocket for an item that I had to return owing to it being scratched and therefore not suitable to give as a gift. Expensive experience and why? Because it's policy! Never heard of a policy where you pay yourself to return faulty goods!

I have now received my Wedding Guest Book & I am very pleased with it.

I ordered my item and I messaged them with my plan and straight away they messaged me back with the set up which had a couple of mistakes but as soon as I told them they immediately rectified the mistake and sent me the finished product which was great also the speed in which they answered me even when I was a bit worried I would get my item in time as i only had a couple of days till the wedding as I was late in ordering but as soon as I confirmed that everything was ok they sent it out and I got it in time,it was a speedy service so thank you very much.

Quality good however I had requested twice that they send to my new address and was told this has been done but unfortunately my invitations went to my old address . I will order again hopefully this issue will be resolved.
