Satisfied customer

I only shop at Brewers occasionally but they are always excellent. This time it was a small order that was processed quickly despite current supply problems. On collection the staff were as pleasant and efficient as usual. Thanks vm

On Friday 30 April

On Friday 30 April
I ordered 40 litres of contractstt emulsion paint for delivery to 69 Merley Ways.
Although you were able to deliver same day, it was wrong delivery to 64 Merley Ways.
When placing the order the sales person said 64, and I corrected him twice it was for 69.
I rang in the afternoon chasing the order and was told it had been delivered to 64.
I went to 64 on the Saturday and collected the paint.
I was disappointed with the inconvenience caused to me and the people at 64.

Great service

Great service! Ordered some paint in the morning that I was having difficulty sourcing and less than 24 hours later the paint was ready for collection.

Really helpful people and I will definitely use them again.

Excellent Service

I was expecting to click and collect but I was pleasantly surprised that my goods were delivered within a couple of days of placing my order.

Excellent service

Excellent service. The team at Brewers Poole are helpful and friendly and were able to supply everything we needed. Easy to order on-line and we were able to collect a few days later.
