Staff always very helpful and friendly (in this case, I was picking up test pots, but also looking for paint to match the colour I wanted for an internal door).

The product was good but I had inadvertently ordered the wrong colour. Although I was given a partial refund, they deducted all the P&P costs of return and offered no allowance when I asked for a reduction on a new order. Consequently, I purchased from a different company which was a similar price but no P&P which gave me a better overall deal

I visited the Newport Malpas Road branch and Ash dealt with me and was very polite helpful and set the product up would recommend and is a great member of your team and gives great representation to the company. Thank you.

Life has been so easy since I started using Brewers (Newport) for all my needs, an excellent range of products and brilliant service from all the staff, I really could not ask for better.

On a negative note:-
Just watch where you park, private land parking restrictions with all cameras result in expensive fines.

I needed an oil for treating a wooden staircase. I was surprised to find that my local Brewers branch had it in stock, and available to click and collect. Staff were very friendly and it was obvious they held stocks of many good products. The best thing was the price of the oil was cheaper than I could get it online.

Easy to order online for collection the next day. Easy pick up. Great price.

Ran out of a shade of Farrow and Ball exterior eggshell paint on Sunday. Where would you go for that? I was delighted to find that Brewers had it, were just a few miles away and were open! Completed the job the same day. Very happy customer!
