I ordered and received a navy stripe shirt in February size XL. This was a good fit. Happy with quality. I have just received my red stripe shirt which I ordered in XL thinking it would be the same sizing. Unfortunately this shirt is at least 2 sizes bigger. So disappointing. Now the cost of returning.

did not receive item. terrible service
terrible service. when the item didn't arrive in 7 to 10 business days I emailed Breton asking for the tracking number. shipping method on receipt said 'Tracked Standard'. I received a reply with no tracking number just telling me to expect the parcel in 14 to 16 days. I emailed back the next day and said please send me name of shipper and | or tracking number. Breton sent me a link to a website with no tracking number and no shipper name. it did tell me the date the item had left Belgium for the US. when I checked the link yesterday, it said the item had been returned for wrong or unreadable address. I emailed Breton and sent screen shot of website info. I asked them to credit my card as the item was a gift and no way I could reorder in time. they got back to me saying they didn't know where I got the website info which was a link they sent me. Furthermore they were not responsible for wrong or unreadable address. I have disputed the item and will let the credit card company do the rest.

Thanks for your comments. We did indeed tell you how long to expect for delivery, we also send items to the address on the order, we do not amend or change the address. Therefore unfortunately, if the item does not arrive because of an incomplete address or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible. We also said once the item arrives back with us, we will refund, which we will do and send you an email confirmation.
We are sorry for all the inconvenience this has caused you but it will be resolved, I hope you appreciate and understand our policy.

Disappointed.
I was very disappointed with my Breton Shirt. It was too tight in my usual size and the fabric felt thin an cheap. I sent it back.

Truly magnificent shirts
Truly magnificent shirts. They are my new all time favorites. I now have a look and it is now nautically themed. Who would have known? Super fast shipping to USA too. Highly recommend.

Unhappy Customer
Unfortunately the size of the top I ordered was too big as the recommendation for a relaxed fit was to size up. However the style does not suit this advice because it is shaped to be fitted and looked odd and too long. Also the neck is really too wide so much so that its impossible to cover bra straps.
As returns are at your own cost, I sent back by Royal Mail, tracked and signed for. It was received over a week ago and I've emailed to ask if the return is being processed but no reply. Not a happy customer, although 2 stars as the fabric and finish of the garment was good.

The material is good quality
The material is good quality. However the top is still quite short. I am 5'6 and the top falls at lower hip, yet the picture shows the top finishing at the top of the legs. The length and quality were the reasons I bought it. I was going to buy an additional top, changed my mind.
