House of Thobes Recenzje

Really pleased with my order. The fit was spot on, the pricing was excellent and everything arrived on time, as promised. A wonderful experience from start to finish. I’d happily order again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Great quality Thobes and really fast delivery. Managed to get a range of colours and designs for many events.

Was looking for a last minute thobe and came across these guys. Was happy with the quality and the fact that it came in time. Will definetly order again

Being able to find different sizes and colours at an affordable price

I have used this company in the past always excellent quality. You can tell a lot of care and time goes into each product and the people that run it are some of the best most people and caring
people. I highly recommend using this company.

Really happy with the quality of the thobes and customer service

They are really reliable and trustworthy

Excellent Customer Service and Quality Thobes! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came across this company while searching online and was pleasantly surprised to discover they were based in Birmingham, which was a lovely bonus!

The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the quality of the thobes was brilliant. We needed matching thobes for the men and children in our family, and everyone I shared them with loved them so much that they ended up purchasing the same ones!

Really pleased with the overall experience, the service and the quality. Would definitely recommend and order again. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy!

I recently bought a thobe from House of Thobes, perfect 👌
The fabric feels lovely, the stitching is neat, and the fit is comfortable and smart. Excellent quality and great customer service. I’ll definitely be buying again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stylish thobe.one

Excellent service and top quality products 👌

Great service! Amazing quality and variety of Thobes! They’re not generic off the shelf Thobes, they’re handpicked and made from the best materials.

I was curious about purchasing a thobe but I had no idea where to start so I contacted house of thobes and they helped me get the correct size and helped me pick out the thobe I would want.

Customer support is excellent and the quality of the thobes are second to none I couldn’t recommend house of thobes enough

Poor customer service. The company policy stinks. I wanted to exchange an item for a different size, it was purchased on sale. I was informed that I could exchange the item for a smaller size but would need to now pay the full price for the new exchange as the item was no longer on sale. The company policy is that they don’t do a like for like exchange if the item is no longer on sale. It’s quite clear they are simply out to make money out of people rather than appease customers. Will never purchase again from this company, there are plenty of other thobe retailers with far better quality products.

Received incorrect items for majority of my order and communication was slow

Excellent customer service was provided throughout the returns process as i was gifted a thobe that was too short , communication was very good and everything was done very professionally

Been buying Thobes of here past couple years

Best quality and affordable

Nice quality matches the price

Getting a refund is a long process but the items in the shop are nice.

Great juba. True to size.
Thank you
