House of Thobes Recenzje

Poor customer service, wrong information of products… ask to return the item as the product does not match the description but they refuse. Do not recommend at all.

Good communication, quality product, relatively fast shipping! Only remark is the additional customs fee by the EU, but that s something house of thobes cant control so would definitely recommend!

Excellent Quality and Fast Delivery!

I recently purchased a thobe, and I’m beyond impressed with both the quality of the garment and the delivery service. The fabric is soft yet durable, with intricate stitching that highlights the craftsmanship. The fit is perfect, offering comfort without compromising on style. The color is exactly as shown in the pictures, which was a pleasant surprise.

The delivery was prompt, arriving earlier than expected. The package was well-packed, ensuring the thobe was in pristine condition upon arrival.

Thank you for the exceptional service and for making this purchase a delightful experience. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I have purchased few thopes and it was nice and fitting and return service was quick, but only I had to pay my own return fee

I purchased a thobe which was too tight although I ordered the equivalent to medium which is my normal size. So I wanted to return. However, house of thobes sent an email to say they were not accepting returns until the busy period was over. Finally, an email was sent on a Saturday giving 7 days for the return to be made. Considering it was a Saturday… in reality that only gives 5 days for the return to be made. My return was 3 days late and house of thobes refused to refund and give a voucher instead which didn’t include delivery cost. The customer service was one of the worse I’ve experienced in a long while and won’t be ordering from them again.

Looking at some of the other negative reviews, it’s clear house of thobes doesn’t take criticism very well and doesn’t seem to want to improve.

I hope they can be more reasonable with returns in future.

Quality material. It is worth to order from here even with added import tax.

I recently purchased two Thobes and two shemaghs, and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed! The comfort, style, and quality of these garments are outstanding. From the moment I put them on, I felt like I was wrapped in luxury. Whether it's the softness of the fabric or the impeccable stitching, every detail speaks to the craftsmanship and care put into these pieces. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I’ve ordered a couple of thobes at different times from House of Thobes and both times it’s been seamless and easy to do. The thobes were of brilliant quality and fit with very good prices. Delivery was on time which helps because both times I left it late for Eid. I’ve also got a refund for a thibe due to ordering the wrong size, but once again the communication was excellent and I was given 2 options at the point of refund.
Excellent service and I will be purchasing a lot more from here inshallah.

Thobe I bought looked even better in person and the fitting was great. Paid for next day delivery, however, I didn’t receive it till a few days later. Raised this issue with House of Thobes, and they were kind enough to raise a claim on my behalf with the Post Office for failing to provide the service that was paid for. I received my money back for the delivery, but the customer service I received throughout this issue was 10/10, their response rate and assistance was amazing!

This was my second time ordering from House Of Thobes and there was an issue with two of my items missing. However, they were very quick to respond and efficiently resolved the situation. The product is such great quality and I will definitely be buying again.

Bought 2 thobes for my boys for eid. Good quality ready made thobes are hard to find and these are excellent. The boys are very pleased, excited and looking forward to wearing them. Recommend house of thobes to anyone who is looking for quality finished thobes.

I ordered a thobe for my husband for Eid and it was amazing. It looked exactly like it did on the website and the quality was extremely good. The colour was beautiful and it fit him perfectly, exactly to his size. It also arrived very quickly within a couple of days. The customer service was wonderful and they responded to my queries within hours and were very accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again!

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

My recent experience with House of Thobes was beyond disappointing; it was downright deceptive and infuriating. Not only did they charge me for postage, but they also deducted even more from my refund, all while failing to provide a postage label.

Initially, I thought House of Thobes seemed like a reputable company, but my perception quickly changed. Upon receiving my order, I realized the items were not as described and of inferior quality. Disappointed, I decided to return them.

Little did I know, my troubles were just beginning. Not only did I have to pay for postage out of my own pocket, but when I received my refund, I was shocked to discover that they had deducted even more for "postage and handling fees."

To make matters worse, they didn't even provide a postage label, leaving me to navigate the return process on my own. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the company's ethics and commitment to its customers.

In conclusion, I urge anyone considering purchasing from House of Thobes to proceed with extreme caution. Their deceptive practices and lack of regard for customer satisfaction make them a company to avoid at all costs.

Just being amazing and great

Masha’Allah, ❤️
