Very disappointing experience with Breliio.

I ordered three umbrellas. One was fine, but the two smaller ones were absolutely terrible quality. One arrived internally deformed, the beige one had a disgusting, strong smell, and the protective case looked cheap, poorly made and nothing like the quality advertised.

Honestly, they look and feel like cheap Chinese-made copies rather than the quality products I thought I was buying. Then, when I complained, I was told to send them from Australia back to China — which pretty much says it all.

I sent photos, explained the problems and gave Breliio several opportunities to resolve this reasonably. After that? Silence.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service and a completely disappointing experience.

Based on my experience: AVOID BRELIIO.

This is the nicest umbrella I’ve owned. I made a mistake when ordering and purchased the wrong umbrella, but they fixed my mistake and didn’t charge me the difference. Received the correct order promptly. Highly recommend this company. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

The product. It is a solid build and will hold up against the wind. Two things I do not want in an umbrella, one is it to turn inside out and this one will not do it, and two is always having to mess with the opening and closing mechanism and this on is one touch open and one touch close. I also like the reflective outer rim.

My Brellio umbrella really stands out - it feels premium, looks refined, and performs exceptionally well in bad weather.

It’s sturdy, sleek, and clearly built to last – it’s a great everyday companion that feels worth the investment.

I had been searching for a nice quality compact umbrella. It had a good stress test on my very first time using it. Out for a walk in light rain and was suddenly hit with a micro bust front. I almost blew away. The umbrella flipped inside out but held up perfectly. The wind was strong enough to blow our work comercial grade outdoor garbage can into the air.

It’s an overpriced umbrella! They said one ran out and sent an “upgrade” which was the same umbrella in a Breiio box. Not worth the money! They showed big 4th sale but they jacked prices up so only saved about $10 for 2. Build quality is fair at best. Seems very simple to break the plastic pieces off the tips. If Temu sold an umbrella this would be it.

They make outstanding umbrellas, and, if you have a problem, they will definitely stand behind their product. I had one that malfunctioned, and they sent me the replacement of my choice free, no questions asked. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

We use our breville Air fryer every day. Love it so much that we bought another for our second home. Prepares terrific meals! Easy to clean.

Firstly, I live in Southern California - rain is rare, but I've never been good with umbrellas and wanted a quality one. I will be honest, I wasn't expecting *too much* but I am very ecstatic with Breliio!
I purchased The Clip and The Mini - the Mini I'm very passive with and keep it in my car as an *emergency / small enough to grab and go* umbrella. The Clip I loved so much, I purchased a SECOND one AND The Lumos.
The construction is great and the spring mechanism is impressive. I enjoy pressing the button to open and close it so much; it makes being in the rain manageable AND chic - especially when getting in and out of a car, into a building, or out of the rain.
Truly a great umbrella if you're shopping for one!

After my first purchase of the clip , I had to get another one, a mini one with the tulip handle. They are great in the rain I also use them in the sun. I’m going to purchase them as gifts to share my enthusiasm!! I live my Breliios!!!

Ordering and paying was easy. The umbrellas that we purchased work great. I like how they open and close and their durability has been great. I would not purchase the umbrella with a flashlight in it as the light is pretty poor performing. I would 100% purchase there normal umbrellas again and have sent several as gifts.

My Breliio lavender umbrella is perfect for the rainy season. It is very lightweight and compact, easy to open with a button and simple to close. It fits perfectly into my backpack, making it very convenient to carry. The material is high quality and protects me well from the rain. The pastel lavender color is beautiful, everyone who sees it admires it.

The Breliio umbrellas are one step above and beyond the rest. I love the sleek design and how lightweight it is. It fits perfectly in your purse or backpack. The reflective strip makes it safer when you're walking at night, the handle is ergonomic and easy to grip. Plus I love the spider design on the handle. The best feature is not only how easily it opens but that it also closes reverse with that same click of the button ensuring that the rain stays on the outside and not on the inside.

The durability of this unbrella makes it great even on those windy days and aids love how fast drying it is. Not to mention it has uv protection so it can even be used on sunny days to keep those harmful UV rays away.
