Having had our Breeze house for something like 10 years the roof needed attention. We had opted for a thatch roof as new knowing it had a limited lifespan. When it came to renewal we bit the bullet and went for a cedar shingle replacement. Not cheap but job done in an hour. Looks much better and the jackdaws don't stand a chance of stripping it!
The guys were on time, quick, tidy and polite. All the waste was removed with no mess left.
Great company to deal with, we highly recommend the products.

The job was a re-thatch of my Breeze gazebo, last done in 2009. Excellent, prompt service all round. All the Staff were pleasant, informed, helpful & efficient. The Thatchers did a lovely job & the gazebo looks as good as new. All the old rubbish was swept up & taken away. Thank goodness it is still possible to have this sort of job done.

The sales and installation people were exemplary, helpful at all times and the installation was complete in three hours.
Our Oasis Breeze House is the perfect place to sit, read or chat with a nice warm or alcoholic drink.

My wife and I bought a Savannah oval Breeze House. There were some issues, but to their credit, the company rectified them in a very timely manner. Every member of staff who we had dealings with, are a credit to the company. The customer service and after sales has been exemplary.

Excellent, can’t fault the process, from start to finish all went very smoothly, Hazel explained everything clearly and precisely, Steve and Jack installed quickly and efficiently, good communication from both the installers and with a good sense of humor. The breeze house is now the feature of the garden and we are looking forward to many enjoyable days using it.

From the sale, order, confirmation date to complete build they did everything when they said it would done, perfectly. Nice people who acted as a team for an excellent job.

A Breeze House, for us was a big investment. Order, supply and fitting was great and we have enjoyed sitting in it immensely. Reported a fault / split that had developed in a wooden side stay. Service was excellent. Replaced without question, promptly by a committed fitter. He told of a new style rubber bungees and clips to hold the covers in place. Received by post within three days. Customer service from day 1 has been excellent.PS For anyone worried about the longevity of the seating covers. They are still as good as day 1.

When you can't go anywhere, the next best thing is a breeze house. Our Safari was delivered and installed on time to our exact specification. The design, look, professionalism and quality of the structure and company is superb and is what sets it off against the competition.

Four phone calls with a promise each time that someone would call me back, but nothing! The product looks lovely, but they obviously don’t need orders in lockdown!

We expected the fitters at 8am and they arrived on time and were straight into assembling our Breeze House, no fuss and no hassle. 2.5 hours later off they went to their next job. Hard working and efficient men. No mess and no fuss. Excellent well done! Cant wait to get the heater going to try it out!

Absolutely in love with our Safari - the installation completed in two and half hours was astonishing. Have dined every day outside, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and so happy with our purchase!

We purchased our breeze house at the Grand Designs Show in Birningham after looking for some sort of garden house for a while. As soon as I spotted the display I knew I had found it. After purchase we were kept informed of every stage leading up to installation which went very smoothly. Fortunately it was installed 2 weeks before we went into lockdown. The building itself looks stunning and has been constructed to a very high spec. It has been our saviour in these difficult times, serving a multitude of purposes from school, family chill out zone, dining space and music retreat. It has been used every time of the day and night. We have lights, wifi and heating so it's very versatile. It looks stunning and we can honestly say is worth every penny. Only wish we had a bigger garden so I could get another one! Brilliant purchase all round. Top quality product
